Oh fiddlesticks, my mobile phone is broken so I can't use it to talk (only text)...I went to do something clever with it following an internet guide and lost all my contacts and its still broken...thats the morning gone fiddling around with the darn thing and no flying.

I have some clubcard vouchers that I could use to get a new phone as its double up at the moment, but would feel guilty using them for that - its how OH and I afford to have occasional meals out together or cinema trips. Really not sure what to do...

Did a mad hour of distraction flying whilst waiting for the vet to come. Sadly I decided last that Royal paws was declining and we didn't want her to suffer. See is now sleeping soundly forever. I can feel a massive gap in my heart but she has been the best pet ever.

I want to thank you all for the immense love and support you have shown me over the past few weeks; there are not a kinder group of people anywhere. A special hug to Lame Wolf an Honey bear for being there xxx

  • Compbunny - that's what we are going to use our clubcard vouchers for too. It will save a fortune when we go down to see DS especially when DSGF is there too.

Also been watching Autumn statement as someone leaked there may be help with stamp duty for First time buyers - no such luck!!

Just trying to motivate myself to scrub kitchen floor - but wondering if my cold will be worse with my head down!! ugh!

Done quite a few 15 mins of paper frog clearing this morning so that is much improved. Maybe I'll concentrate on that this afternoon as DH would have a big surprise if I ate the whole frog today!!! It has been part of our lives for so--ooooo long

Oh Dusty, I am so sorry to hear about Royal Paws. I'm having a little trouble with my eyes - they seem to be leaking a bit after reading your news. You can absolutely know you've done completely the right thing to let her go, and you are selfless, brave and kind to have done so. (((Hugs))) for you and DS3 - and the rest of the family too, but both of you in particular.
    Better is good enough.

My throat is bearable but the rest of my mouth is still quite sore.. it is some kind of viral infection apparently so will sort itself. I do want to spit out my tongue though it tastes foul even after brushing.

I haven't managed to pick up my knitting yet!

    3x WM done
    TD on
    Airer shuffled
3 lots of dry laundry folded
    Nail appt changed to Saturday
Moomin booked for xray tomorrow so I thought taking her straight after the school run is the best idea.

Sweet peas harvested after they flung themselves free of their tendrils and laid in the garden.

    recycling and rubbish flung out
    Nappy bin emptied

Pixie sat playing so I might go find Squeaks Christmas cards.

Oh Dusty, I am so sad to hear HRP has skipped across rainbow bridge! You gave her such a wonderful life and love to the very end she couldn't have asked for better either. Huge hugs for you and your boys xxx

Oh dusty, bless you, and your kitty, RIP. you did the right thing by her and she will have known that.

Playhouse blew over (righted now) but I do believe the wind has dropped a little.

DD is asleep on me, snoring. Might try wriggle out from under her...
