    JCL, I have just realised that I've failed to keep you updated, lost the thread in more ways than one, although I have been making OPs the whole time. Jan & Feb, approx £400 each month, March and April £600 each month, last month OP of £700 but then had to pay out for new front door which effectively cancelled out the MOP!

    £100 so far for June and mini target to self to SMASH mortgage a bit over the summer with a few students!
