    Hello..
    I checked today and haven't been paid... I tried to ring them to arrange a tranfer and they're closed :/.. Is there a particular number I ring? Or is it just closed?x

    Hi all, Am new to the forum.

    My tax credits are due on 31st, have called tax credits and they say the payment was 'sent' to the bank on 24th Dec, Have spoken to Lloyds who can't tell me when It should hit my account.Can anyone help?

    Sent on 24th so you'll get it on the 3rd banking day after - the 31st

    Will this also work the same for a direct debit,requested on 24th?Thanks

    Yes we have been paid ours today instead of monday.

    What date is on the bill given as the date the direct debit will be collected?

    Because I bank with RBS I actually got it Xmas Day morning. It is an annoyance as the next bank holiday isn't until New Year!

    28th.Is the day it's usually collected.

    Then it will be collected the next banking day - the 30th
