    Not sure where you're getting your info from because every govt site says due on 27th will be paid on 24th. That said however, my daughter just called asking to borrow money saying hers not in the bank this morning so not sure whats going on

  • I am confused too. my income support is due Thursday but normally pays on Wednesday routinely and nothing has gone in today. I expected it Xmas eve if was due Thursday or paid we'd to get it Xmas eve. Worried

    I get it fortnightly and is due this week oh dear

    Anyone know till what hour IS phone lines are open today?

    My child tax credit and child support has appeared, just not the income support for me

    Bank just said could go in up till 04.30 and nice woman did not mind answering many have asked same thing re income support this am, suppose many getting last min food ;-)

    think you will find it says on tax credit site 27th paid early for (N IRELAND ONLY)

    And I think you'll find that most including my daughter and a neighbour have been going on the huge signs in post offices in ENGLAND that say due on 27th paid on 24th and they get their info from DWP. Also that link shows payments due on 27th in NI will be paid on 23rd thats different from them saying payments due on 27th in England will be paid on 24th. Luckily we can help my daughter out and have said we will but many will be left with a lot of worry.

    Tax credits if paid on 27th will be paid early not other DWP benefits
  • Income support has not gone in :-( Was Defo due Thursday 26th normally always received day earlier,so why not gone in 24th I don't know but worried
  • Has any1 yet recieved there tax 2day if its due 27/12/13?.
  • Phone income support soon as they open wudnt want u to worry.
  • My tax credits have gone in today, they would normally be paid on Friday :-)
