Spendy day today as got paid. Humunguous supermaket shopping delivery received, also managed to spend over £40 on bits and pieces - how the heck did that happen? Still, not much more to do, and have planned the spending for the next five and a half weeks till next payday. January is going to be a frugal, use up the leftovers month.

Right, Igor, I think dress rehearsal went very well, considering Hubert's little tummy upset after the blueberry curry roulade. Certainly kerri did well to keep pole dancing on, despite slip-sliding all over the place. And BigMumma is going to bring the house down when the audience see her in her Wishee Washee costume - must have a discreet word with her about covering up her piercings and tattoos......now what's that strange smell? Oh, it's the oven heating up, is it? For what, Igor? Tomorrow night's turkey?

You're putting the turkey on 24 hours in advance? How big is this ruddy thing???

Was Xmas shopping with OH today, bless him, he does try but he hates shopping really. There was one thing he wanted to get for me as a surprise which he did and was all chuffed. However, my shopping therefore was less successful, and I'm now stressing over my DM (not so much as we've already said we will go out in the sales) but I am so worried about what I have, or rather haven't got for OH

So not ready for Xmas this year....

Today (Friday) was an unexpected NSD, I did go out for meal and get a new pair of trainers both of which were paid for as pressies.

Happy Solstice Day! Couldn't manage another NSD as final prezzy shopping today. Still, it is all now done and dusted. Just a trip to the shop round the corner on Christmas Eve to pick up any reduced price bargains, but otherwise the town and the supermarkets will not be seeing me for several days.
