  • Fab news meowhouse ! That is wonderful! Good luck to you too, nell, I bet you can't wait to finish... Big hugs to you both :)

You poor soul hickles I feel quite angry on your behalf  It's not just the missing money but the lack of trust now. I feel sorry to the soles of my shoes for you. Perhaps BF's mum can help sort it out. A big hug goes out to you ....

I feel quite chuffed today. I helped OH complete his CPP claim form (quite easy thanks to Martin & his team) so that's gone in the post. I also did a comparison for my car insurance and found a policy (well several, actually) which were cheaper so I rang my insurer and they have matched the price, saving me £25! :T
As it's the very last day of the month and I'm not going anywhere, I feel justified in popping my remaining change in my pot so a lovely £1.15 into it. Actually, it's been such a tight month that I'm amazed I actually have anything left to pot :D

New month tomorrow so healthier eating & more exercise also begin

Woooooohoooooooooooooo Meowhouse. What excellent news. You are next Nell xxx

What a horrible thing to happen hickles. Hope you get to the bottom of it xx

Potted £3.72 today. I have been very lazy today. Bought 12 Easter eggs and a pair of shoes, but that took about half and hour and I have sent the rest of the day watching the tele and surfing the net!! It really rare for me to have a day off of work during the week :D. I could have used the day more wisely, but I couldn't be bothered!!!

    Have a great weekend everyone.

  • Managed to put £5.40 in yesterday after taking the extra £10 OH got out of the cashpoint 'by mistake' for going to the pub for a drink and only letting him have 1 more pint instead of 3! :) ....although I did manage to miss the slot in the jar and £1 fell down the back of the sofa, so I'll have to fish that one out next time we clear out underneath!

Thank you to everyone for the support; I am nearing the angry stage. Gonna have to bank each month; gutted though I started spc as obsessed with counting money daily.

I'm fighting the urge to work out approximate loss. Not sure how to approach the mil any advice would be appreciated
