  • Hello!

Could I join this challenge please? I started a sealed pot on 1st January, before becoming a member. Not sure how much I've got in it so far, but I tend to throw £2 coins in. I don't have a target as such...just intrigued to know how much money I generally waste!

    Morning all :D

I've been rubbish at keeping up with the thread but I hope everyone is well and potting away :)

I've not potted any change this weekend as I've not had any to spare, but I did open my pot (I knew there were notes in there and don't like having a lot of cash lying around the house) and banked £85!! I've set up a new online savings account and called it Sealed Pot so I know not to touch it until the end of the year.

I've added what I've banked to my signature Sue ;)

    Morning All,

Sparky if you are reading - we miss you greatly and would love to see a little post from you :)

Having been potting odds and ends over the weekend.

Jakes mum - as someone who started Slimming World last week your dinner sounds divine and is making my grumbling tummy very hungry just reading about it. But the steroid weight has got to come off and I am kinda in the mood to do it at the moment!!!! Altho a bit of Turkish delight right now would be soooo lovely. lol.

I have been potting honest. I don't know how much but there has been a few bob roadkill included.

DD is back in hospital and it's costing a small fortune in car park charges and food and stuff she needs to save her sanity. Hopefully she'll be out today, been in since last Tuesday.

Plus I now have a brand new laptop I am trying to figure out how to work. First new one I've ever had.

Hope everyone is well. Hugs to all in need of one.

Welcome to any new potters, enjoy saving.

Good luck with both your savings and MSE.

I potted 2 x £1 coins today and that's probably it for today.

  • ModestyB - hope your DD is ok. My sister is in hospital too with her poorly bump so I sympathise with the costs of hospitals!

This means I've only managed to pot 5p roadkill which I found yesterday as we're not really having much free time to spend (good thing I guess??)

£5 for me potted, it has been sat in my purse and I have managed to resist the urge to spend it, felt so much better potting it.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
