Evening
£3.41 potted by me today. My pot is sealed and no one touches it other than me, but after saying it was getting full up weeks ago, it does not seem to be getting any closer to being completely full. I know there is loads of money in it, but I want it to be full.
It weighs 7.5lb.

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
Thanks for the welcome, Lynsey, here's your gold star. :staradmin Good luck with those Targets, though I don't doubt you'll get them as where there's a will.......
Hi everyone, I hope you've all had a lovely weekend. Let's look ahead now to better weather and getting the country dried out...well, in time.ToniLiz wrote:Weekend hubby rummage achieved - well... he's got away with it lately as we have been home to Mr Flu, but more than made up for it today... Hee hee.
I hope you're feeling much better, ToniLiz, though presumably you must be if you're into hubby rummages....keep em up!
Hello mossy and great news about the surprise cheque and what you're using it for. I hope your DD's now well enough to enjoy half term.
Sorry to hear about your loss of power, Hicks, sadly there are/were a heck of a lot of folk like you out there.
Well done with the PPI cheque, jakes-mum. I'm with you re Valentine's as we don't need to be forced into shelving out for cards and gifts to express love for our OH's. I followed ToniLiz and gave DH a pocket rummage instead!! The rest I'm keeping secret.
Things not work out then, LeopardPrintsAndTea? The right time and chap will come along when the time's right.
Don't worry, GettingOrganised, it isn't a race so get your current problems sorted out and then concentrate on saving all you can.32b3in2013 wrote:I wonder where Sparky has go to?
I honestly wish we knew, 32b3, I've still had no reply to my e-mail.
Come on, sparky, we're all missing you.
Good saving, ZebNeedsMoney, keep going strong.
Even though you're not always here, Meowhouse, it's lovely to know you and other folk keep track of us by lurking. I love snowdrops and got some nice photos in the village a couple of weeks ago - spring is on the way - hard to really believe that after last week's weather!
Excellent savings and all safely banked, mooomin!! Many thanks for putting it on your siggy.ModestyB wrote:DD is back in hospital and it's costing a small fortune in car park charges and food and stuff she needs to save her sanity. Hopefully she'll be out today, been in since last Tuesday.
Plus I now have a brand new laptop I am trying to figure out how to work. First new one I've ever had.
Very many best wishes for your lass to soon be feeling much better and being home, Modesty. Heartwarming {{{hugs}}} to you all. Aha! So you finally had to buy a laptop then, mind you it's amazing it lasted that long. Anything you're unsure of....have a Google or ask here as some SPCers have Windows 8.
Warm wishes to you and your Sister, skyblueshez, I do hope she's soon much better...her bump too. Hospital parking charges are disgraceful.
Well done on the savings, AlwaysHappy.
That's marvellous saving, shellyosborne! Don't forget to bank it if you haven't done and thanks for popping it on your siggy. Keep up the great work.
At last you're here with us, Ruth, it's good to see you. A very Happy Birthday to you for yesterday, I hope it was a really lovely one. I really wish you well with that pay rise, but even if you don't get it, look ahead to that holiday and don't let anything mar your plans.
Lovely to see you, little_sweetie, savings or not, and I hope you and G are well.
Keep riding the storm, claireyfairy, with luck and good budgetting things will soon look up. Good for you on the sandwiches as every savings you can make will help so much! :THave a goodnight, folk, and a lovely Tuesday!
PLEASE NOTE everyone: It's time to change your numbers! You'll see there are LOADS less names and numbers now, but it's useless having folk on the list that no longer save with us. However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number. Please change numbers ASAP folks.

Bringing me to a whopping £97.28
Would have been £9.70 but the cashier in Tesco refused to give me all my change in coins, she looked at me like I was a crazy person for not wanting a note :rotfl:
Then coming home, car suddenly lurched toward the kerb. Stopped and had a look, and my front passenger-side tyre had come right off the rim  £50 for the breakdown truck and who knows how much today to get the wheel sortedSealed Pot #355 - £162.29 (£150 banked) / £355 46%

So sorry for being missing in action, but Ofsted called at school
This meant that I didn't spend any money for 3 days (bonus, admittedly) so ensured I had nothing to pot.
Hope the Ofsted went okay?! Still hopefully that means it's out of the way for a few more years for you VickyA.
We asked County to come in and 'ofsted' us last week....hmm that was fun...We are due one any minute...hence the pretend ofsted observations. Deep joy!
