  • Is it too late to join in? I found a bag of change today and I feel like it'll feel more financially liberating to wait until November to put it in the bank than it will doing a few pounds here and there.

    Cheers,

    AA :)

5p roadkill, OH found it whilst we were walking round the park, I must have gone past it twice doing my usual laps, then he walks with me and finds the shiny 5p - I can't see for looking sometimes!!
Some other pennies in the pot too but didn't count them.

    13/01/14 @ 11:01 - SOLD OUT, sorry folks...

    Hi,

I've just posted something on the 'Up your income' forum which may help people save :) link is shown below...

Basically it's a £10 Asda voucher for £5 - please read the information on the links but basically you register, order and pay online (it's Barclays bespoke offers) and then a £10 voucher which you need to PRINT OUT is emailed to you.

Read the forum posts I linked into the 'Up your income' thread as it shows user experiences :)

I'm thinking that if you do this then you can put £5 in the pot for every £5 you spend at Asda (up to the limit of vouchers you order) so long as you shop at Asda...

Note: I've just amended the linked post - please read the T&C's, it's one per customer (although I tend to only get £10-20 per shop so it's really one per transaction), you need a printer and it is instore use only!

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4866794

Note: I have intentionally not added this to the 'Debt free wannabe' forum because there's a lot of folk on there who have problems controlling their shopping habits... And while this would save them money I don't want to be responsible for anyone buying for the sake of it if you get what I mean? I thought repeating and adding a link on this forum would be helpful for folk who don't venture far :)
