Hello everyone
...
Doing this quickly today, for obvious reasons :rotfl::rotfl:.
Have a wonderful time, nu1isit?, though thoughts of your DDs on Red Bull???!! :j:j
Thanks Sue. It was just to give you an example of how [STRIKE]hyperactive[/STRIKE] excited they're going to be :rotfl:. I don't let them near coffee, never mind red bull. The world's not ready for that
.
You've made me shudder at the thought of that now:rotfl::rotfl:. The big one got a certain set of sweets, from Nanna one day, and went of like a rocket     . But that's a whole different story :rotfl:
:rotfl:.
Hope you all have a good one today too .
Happy Potting :j:j.

Glad you all had great christmas'. We all had a wonderful time with our family and friends, my lovely DD's slept in till 0915 which was pretty wonderful. Super papa made a blunder and bought the kids ipad mini's; unfortunately santa had too. I now have 4 ipad mini's; I'm hoping amazon will refund the money. :mad:Then I fed the entire family for 2 day's. I may of been out of action yesterday due to too much wine, this is obviously a nasty rumour..
My OH was feeling festive and gave me £10 for my pot due to my [STRIKE]hangover[/STRIKE] non spending.:D. I shall now be productive and paint my bedroom.:j. Unless anyone else wants to do it.JAN - £208.56/£250 NSD-8

Pinkpenguin your Target is now on by your name, good luck in meeting it.CariadsNewStart wrote:My pig has had a polish and given pride of place back in my cabinet and has had a few handfuls of change added to it yesterday and today I am going to count mine end of every month and bank it I think but will also start a pound a day elsewhere, does everyone just throw all change in one pot or have dif pots for this n that?? and boy you lot cant half chat what a lovely thread xxx
Either way is fine, CariadsNewStart, I've a pot for each denomination, but that's because I've had gifts from our Grandchildren etc. Most of us just have 1 pot and put everything into it. You do whichever you're happiest with, please....and you're right - don't they EVER talk!!!:rotfl:
Bless you for those welcomes, Kerry. Very good savings too.
A good idea to abstain from the sales this year, Lynne, keep it for the hols.Thank you for the welcome! I bought a set of 4 big baked bean tins (you know the ones!) off Ebay last year, so will make one of those my sealed pots officially tomorrow! It's always nice thinking you've saved when you so easily could have spent it..something I need to think about this year coming up!
You're thinking perfectly, Richy23!
Your Target's up there for you, littleangels3, all the best meeting it.
A brilliant saving on the lights, sparky! Sparky and lights?? I think I must have missed a post though - why that many?! :huh:Ahh he understands Sue and has commandeered my ipad as compensation, AND used it as a way of convincing me he can have a sleepover with 2 friends before they go back to school! :eek:I'm annoyed though as mine was only 2 months old
Ooooo your all making me feel really guilty! I wanted to go to the sales! DH bought me a zip up hoodie for Christmas which takes my grand total of non holey jumpers/jackets to 1 :rotfl: I wanted to get another one but your all saying its bad to go shopping! :rotfl:
We know just who your Jake's taking after now don't we, jakes-mum, he's his Mum's Son for sure! :rotfl: Actually that sleepover might help the present Jake iykwim.Re the sales: Just think about all you've saved yourself/ves.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas too, Pmo2, you even got 6p since - I haven't!
It just goes to show what a good old rummage will do, Sams!
Good savings, tokicat.
Don't worry, nu1isit?....I promise you I did know you were only joking though Nana one??! Naughty lady....she's not jakes-mum is she????? Think about it before you answer. :rotfl:claireyfairy82 wrote:Glad you all had great christmas'. Amazon are usually very good, claireyfairy, do it asap and be honest with them and I'm sure they'll understand and refund you. Well done with your DH's £10er!!PLEASE NOTE everyone: It's time to change your numbers now. You'll see there are LOADS less names and numbers now, but it's useless having folk on the list that no longer save with us. However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number. Please change numbers ASAP folks.
If you've already updated your No, please could you kindly make sure it's correct as I made a blunder to start with!
Very many thanks indeed.Sue x
