Thought occurs I advised the OP in post #6 to try the parking forum on here for some more specific advice.
Just realised that means they parked their post in the wrong place. Probably didn't fancy those extra clicks...What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0 -

You are allowed to collect passengers on a single yellow, so you may have a good appeal.
