Art Exam starts today Apple Muncher ! I Am confident all will go well and it will be such a relief to have the Art out of the house, everywhere I look something is drying or hanging ! Two Days of exams and the coursework deadline is Friday, that was sprung on her yesterday, she thought she had longer, so it was all systems go last night, we all got involved with a bit of glueing and sticking of artwork while she did the writing ! All hands to the deck ! xx

Happy belated birthday :D Sorry to hear that you have outside pressures, is it worth it to just say no sometimes to people and tell them to butt out and mind their own business, dont know if it may cause ructions or maybe it would make them stop and think? Hope the exams go well today :)

    Hi baldy.

I did loose the plot just a tad over the weekend, explaining that I physically couldnt split myself in anymore directions just to keep them occupied and happy and that I was fed up being the life and soul of the party and jollying that person along all of the time when I dont feel much like being jolly myself and the act of doing so all of the time is exhausting. I explained that everything is suffering my end and that I am doing as much as I possibly can for that person, but if my absolute best isnt good enough then so be it.

Went down a treat !!! Not !!! xxx

:grouphug: from your friends in the box and belated birthday wishes from me too!!!!

So sorry that people around you can't appreciate that you already do loads and are making yourself ill with more demands. Its bullying if I am honest. I am glad you began a fightback. Being clear with others that your first priority is to keep the PG boat afloat despite Mr PG going away, DD1 having exams etc is good news. Well done. (..and you know I really know how hard it is to be a temporary single parent! :))

Keep posting..we like to help you keep positive! :)

Thankyou Mrs B, and I know you understand ! I will be fine,I always have before and I will this time. I think I need to toughen up and shout and scream a bit more when things get a bit much and tell the "Others" to back off !

Today I have paid a tiny bit more to those damn Predators and discovered that there is a remote possibility that we can actually have some help towards our council tax, so I need to get on the case with that one and see if its correct. IT would help hugely.:D

I have also worked out that our mortgage is costing us £25K a year :eek: I knew that really but was pretending that I didn't ! The sooner that's gone the better. On top of the payments to the predators we are giving everyone else an awful lot of money each year !!

Good news is Mr PG has been on a course today run by a client ( all paid for by them and they paid him for a days work as well ! ) and has just rung to say that it has finished and he doesn't have to stay in work so is on his way home . ETA two hours time ! Whoopee !!!

The trouble is I am now on my way to a meeting so I wont be here, but we can catch up tonight !

Eating out of the cupboards at moment, last nights dinner was a very yummy Jacks Mushroom and Ale effort ( with some leftover chicken ) , today I have unearthed some sweet potatoes, so am trying to get my thinking cap on as to what I can rustle up tonight for them all xx :D

Pinot: Hope you're feeling better soon. £25K per year mortgage ? Wow, that in itself is really rather scary, I thought mine was bad at nearly £9k per year. Is there really no way to reduce it?
