Well almost, her work is drying. Looks good, school have asked for it to go on display in the school once exams all over and done with , so shes mighty pleased with herself. Still got coursework and evaluations to finish but the messy bit is over and the house is looking a bit more like my own, rather than with art work drying everywhere I look !

Next up this damn Graphics. Still causing lots of stress, lots of jumping up and down to the school by myself and Mr PG the systems keep crashing and her work being lost, but she is getting there slowly but surely. she is havign a few hours off this afternoon and goign to watch some friends play rugby. She needs a chance to chill a little.

DD2 at stables today for a lesson then spending the rest of the day helping, where , if she plays her cards right will benefit from a free group lesson as well.

This morning received a letter from a Predator, one of those we have been hoping to get the debt UE. They have been unable to provide us with the paperwork we requested and as such they wrote last summer advising the account was on hold as they couldn't provide us with it and they would not be pursuing any further. This morning I received a letter from them asking me if we still live at the address on the top of the letter and if not , when did we move and where to ?!! :rotfl::rotfl: As if I'm going to answer that one. Numpties !!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Just back from playing a fun game of "Chase the train " with DD1.

As we arrived at the station for her to catch the train to watch the Rugby Game, the barriers went down and the train pulled in. Needless to say she couldn't run across the crossing so the train left without her.

Normal paretns would have said, "nope tough luck, you werent ready in time, tough luck you cant go now ". But for some reason I never learn, so then ensued a game of chase the train. By the time we pulled into the third station along the line and watched the train pull out once more, my fuel light was on and no bars of fuel whatsoever were showing. By then I was in the middle of nowhere and the closest petrol station was in the town where DD1 was heading all along. So after all that palaver she got a lift all the way there. The only problem was I had already been there once this morning with DD2 for horseriding. I have been home an hour and need to leave in 30 mins to go back and collect DD2, I have told DD1 she will be coming back with me as well,just incase she misses the train home later. I'm not making that journey again !! so I will have made the trip there and back three times today !!!

Clearly I have nothing better to do with my time on a Saturday ! Will I ever learn ? Doubt it !!

OH NO!! I have to say i would have ended up taking my kids as well and probably ranting all the way :mad:.

I also wanted to send you a big hug regarding the other peeps and the pressure they put on you, I hope your ok:). I have also had one of those kind of weeks and need to go visit a family member tomorrow and I really don't want to go and can feel myself getting anxious and worked up inside already .

Hugs to both PG and PWPS about stressful peeps around you..just wish you could click your fingers and let you get some peace and empathy .. Even if only sometimes!!

Rats to the 'chase the train'. But that's what devoted patents do for their children.

As for the graphics being lost. This suggestion will probably only apply if she's using a networked computer: the ones we have at work, it doesn't matter how many times you dutifully press the 'save' button, the work is only truly saved to the server once the document has been closed down.

I'm in the habit, especially when I'm working on something fiddly, that whenever I pause or KNOW I've got a portion exactly how I want, I shut it down and reopen it. So, if the system freezes, at least I've only lost a small portion.

Thankyou PennyWise. I hope it goes well. I totally understand how you feel I dont sleep and get worked up stressed out and snappy when I know I need to do these things. I am doing a visitation tomorrow as well. I had to do one yesterday also.

Your post reminded me that I think I totally forgot to answer the message that you sent me. If I did forget I'm sorry, I don't seem to know if I am coming or going at the moment. xx

Oh and for the record, I ranted all the way from the third and final trip. To top it all off, when I finally arrived to do the pick ups, I had forgotten to take the money to pay for DD2s horseriding which I should have taken this morning,but forgot then as well:o I then had to drive even further to find a cashpoint. I moaned all of the way home. Finally got home 10 mins ago and I am refusing to get in the car again today. DD1's boyfriend wanted her to go to his tonight but for once I have put my foot down as it will mean another hour spent going backwards and forwards this evening, and I have had enough. I have spent the grand total of two hours indoors today to try and get jobs done, the rest was running around after everyone else. Heis coming here now, as I pointed out, both his mum, dad and elder brothers and sisters of which there are three are all hoem and all drive. In this house there is only me. !! Have turned into a grumpy Mrs PG this evening!!

Off to do dinner now before BF arrives, hews a fussy eater, so he has to have his dinner before he comes here. Can imagine his horror at the concotions I dishup !!! :rotfl:
