Currently knee deep in attempting to prepare a Witness Statement for this damn Court Case. Documents need to be filed by Wednesday . Aaaaaaargh !!

I cant believe my LBM was four years ago, how can that be ? Have I really been posting on here intermittently for four whole years ? Holy Moly !! I wonder if in four years time this damn debt will be gone ? :doh:

First Draft of the Witness Statement prepared, it runs into three pages ! Funnily enough I have alot to say :rotfl:

So PRAT VS MR PG is going full steam ahead, not quite what we were after to begin 2016 but it is what it is I guess ! I have read Mr PG his Witness Statement tonight , in my posh voice, whilst holding my multi coloured file of exhibits with lovely sticky notes. I think he knows what hes talking about now, but he will need to read and digest before the big day itself .

I actually think I have chosen the wrong vocation in life and my true career path should have been a Barrister although something makes me think Mr PG will tell you otherwise. To be honest though I am bloody knackered ( can I say that on here , I cant remember ?) I am once more rocking the bag lady look today and am ready for a Friday night glass of PG and a good movie.....but , instead its Chauffeur duty again tonight. DD2 needs a pick up at 9 , DD1 was dropped at work at 7 but needs collecting at 1am :eek::eek: and there is nothing in the house at all for dinner other than a box of After Eight ! Thats fine by me but Mr PG isn't too impressed as he is working nights tonight and he will be leaving for work on an empty stomach if I don't get my act together. Things are seriously slacking again in the PG household and need to be improved quickly. I need to up my game.

I have actually really missed this diary. Posting on here today has made me realise this, is that a bit odd ?

Well done on all the court prep work. At least you are filing the papers... Looks like Chelsea FC failed to file a defence in the constructive dismissal claim their team doctor put in..probably tactical I know but even so. It may also be that the strength of your case will make them fold ? Stranger things have happened!

And yes my LBM seems to have supposedly happened (ie this is when it came on and stayed on) a shocking SIX years ago....god give me strength. That's pretty sobering.

Luckily some of the stuff I bought can go back...phew. £100 worth going back on Monday. £400 also reimbursed on CC after an event for 6 of us didn't happen.

They may be playing a brinkmanship game, Mrs PG, and once they realise you're not going to cave just fail to turn up. We can always hope, anyway.

This thread will have been well and truly kicked into touch in another four years. Your numbers are fabulous because you've worked so hard on it, so all you've got to do is stick with the mindset and it'll happen.
