Yes, you can sue said retailer for selling you dangerous goods, and good luck with your case. I will follow this gladly in the law reports of my national newspaper in months to come. Though, before you get a rush of blood to the head, I doubt very much, a solicitor will be willing to take up your cause, without a substantial financial endownment.

Just change the word retailer to Vet

What you have said is very cruel. I still can not forget seeing my chickens dead and Rocky standing there above one of his girls(with no head). This thread is not about it. My Rocky is doing good now with his 2 new girls. This thread is about Maxie
