I got the impression that they asked you to send them the report, you did, I don't think you asked them why they wanted it or what they were going to do with it. On that basis who's to say they are going to reply at all.nothing official has been instigated. That's how I see it.

but I cannot focus on anything more positive until I bring this to the end never will until they will admit to the wrong doing

I'd be very surprised if any offer from the insurer isn't described as an "ex gratia payment"
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

n order for us to negotiate settlement we require all losses to be vouched for. To date, only the solicitors fees being £360 for Mr C at Outer Temple Chambers has been provided. It is noted that the claimant has added the cost of instructing a forensic vet however no vouching is provided.

If the claimant wishes to claim for the losses addressed in her letter of 23/09/13 then she would need to provide evidence of the following:

the price of Maxie (it is appreciated that she may no longer have this)
    invoice for the post-mortem
    invoice for the cremation
    invoice for the forensic vet
    invoice for "other vets advice"

So they wanted all this since September and never asked me for these bills. I have got them all. I have suffered all these months because they had no bills? I thought my ex-vet had them they never ask for them before apart from the solicitors bill . So angry.

As has been often said you should get legal help....why haven't you? I mean official paid for..not mates, not friends or friends of friends. You need serious help if you are willing to listen? Why haven't you engaged a solicitor to deal with this?

I will. My hosue insurance covers legal fees up to a 100.000 but I thought I can do this with using them. However I have got everthing ready for my insurers to look at they said if I have 50 % chance of winning the case they will take it on.

I loved my dog so much he did not have to die. He had a laump on his thorax. Came back from vet and bled to death. If I did not take him to the vet he would be alive now. If this case costs me £... I do not care lets stand up to the bad vets.

No let's try and reason with you as best as? Let's make the silly argument...YOU took the dog to the vet, the dog is now dead...who is responsible for this? Had you not taken the dog to the vets by your argument your dog would be alive...so you are at fault then? Is that the guilty problem you feel you need to deal with perhaps?
