ooh, I got some bargains this morning! A pair of crocs knock-offs, a l/s baggy red shirt, a jumper to cut up and make things with, 4 beautiful mugs, a tee shirt, and a hoodie which I'm going to try dyeing, all for £5.25!
And I did a hard workout at the gym.
    And I slept well.
And there's nothing planned outside the house for the rest of the day.
And dh has nearly finished his week of stupid hard work and long hours - he'll be finished by about 10pm tonight, poor thing.
And I made more money than I expected to at the fair yesterday, and had a lovely time talking to old friends, as various previous staff and kids had popped back.

I am very very proud of Pip making a couple of tricky phone calls to apply for PIP.
And for going to his first physio appointment - resulting in an assessment of hypermobility. The exercises he's been given are a bit rubbish, but they give me an idea of what to look for.
And I've made a start on applying for an EHCP.
And I made the most awesome salmon satay this evening!!

Well done to Pip.  Would it be worth having a couple of appointments with a private physio?

My sister was diagnosed with hypermobility around Pips age and had exercises for just about everything - but - found yoga the most helpful, we both went to Iyengar yoga (? spelling) which is a form that makes you do everything "correctly" with lots of aids to help out like blocks and belts and so on.    We both loved it.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thank you both. I'd thought about going to a physio privately for specific exercises. The yoga idea is a good one too. I'll be suggesting both to Pip in due course.

My goal for this tax year is to see how much I earn with my marking + invigilation, and see how near I can get to paying tax!
Ooh - good luck! I've no idea how much marking pays, but when I invigilated the most I earned in a year from it was about 6.5k - and I was the most used invigilator, so no-one else would have earned that much (I haven't invigilated in over 4 academic years, though, so the pay scale is somewhat off)
