A v poor night's sleep. Up a gazillion times to the loo (though I think I'm programmed to go to the loo if I wake in the night, not necessarily because I need to; however the 29 litres -or thereabouts- of water I drank (keeping hydrated, f0xh0les) had to come out sometime...!), whole body aching and painful joints. Dizzy. Felt sick. Couldn't get comfy. 3 pillows to stop the snot pooling in my brain. Welcome to Wednesday!!!

Anti-histamines are your friend @apple_muncher - it is the only way I coped.
If it moves down onto your chest or anyone gets very tight chested, a normal preventative asthma inhaler can give relief - the Dr prescribed one for me for pollen years ago, to allow me to run without coughing myself sideways into a bush :D. It kept DH from calling 999.    If it is going to help, it will help within 5 minutes.
    Hope you feel better soon.

This phrase is a revelation  :p  So sorry you and Pip are lurgified :( now that I've read your diary, there are still others I want to read, but I need to do the bleeping test.  Here's hoping.  And get some sleep, all of you!  The camp you attended/helped run sounds like it was amazing.

As I've just posted on karma's thread, I'm so glad that I'm not asthmatic as breathing has to be very purposeful instead of the normal subconscious today. Nose and chest in beautiful snotfest synchronicity...
Only 2 pillows last night as I just hurt all over yesterday and think that 3 pillows had me at all the wrong angles. And fewer loo trips as I deliberately drank much less water after 7. But still not more than 2 hours of consecutive sleep. And when I do wake, I'm dreaming I'm in the marquee kitchen, packing up the gear 😂. I left 5 days ago, and wasn't even involved in packing up the kitchen!
I have some must-do tasks: mark the 1 speaking they uploaded 2 days ago; do the team reports for my team; see if the extra double-pay uploads are there and check the instructions. I planned this list at 4am, which is when I muct have peaked for the day...

I have completed the 1 speaking. And also about 6/40 of the double-pay ones. No team reports. I'm alternating one to mark and some utube. Gotta stop my brain exploding.
I was surprised to get an email from my head. Completely ignores the issue and passes it back to the dep head, who is back on the 18th. Dh will help me write another email to the dep head this time, amending what my friend suggested, but clearly laying it out there that th/Fri is just not possible for me...
It is now 28.6° in my bedroom but I can have the curtains open now that the sun has moved round. The breeze is lovely.
