Not sure which board(s) you are but AQ@ new upload portal is still not available (grrrr). Not sure about others (we also have Pearson home language exams) - that's one advantage of not being in work - uploading is not something I can do from home 😁😁😁

Still not been through the portal...

But I have just sent off a job application.

I have also chopped up loads of fruit and veg and got 4 salads and 4 fruit salads in pots ready for munching. I have also been to the gym (ooph!) and liddle (got some good meaty bargains including steak chunks which we might have as my bday meal in a couple of days) and also got 2 more bags of compost - not 100% sure what for, but I feel lost if I don't have any around!!!

Time for a coffee, then renaming files. Then I might try the portal, but think I'll need my exams officer for security/ID/fingerprint/special code only the initiated are allowed to view... But at least I'll know what I seem to need. Exams officer only started at end of April as old one got another perfect-for-her job. So this one, although she has done the job before, certainly has her work cut out trying to get up to date as well as have people like me already running exams.

Coffee is calling. Gotta go.

I am glad that today is over. It went well until a certain class who just beat me down.

Also had parents evening, which was for a lovely bunch of kids. But out of the house for 12 hours.

Dc is having a bad time. Turns out they don't have ADHD, just traits of it. Gutted. As is dc, of course. I need to re read the report because I sure as heck understood it as being a positive diagnosis of ADHD... So did dh.

Dc is not going in to school tomorrow. Their sleep has been even more disturbed recently than usual and they are not coping.

I hope to have time tomorrow to enter the portal. In fact, I must find time cos no one else is gonna do it for me.

So sorry to hear that dc's report is so unhelpful.  Do the authorities maintain that  "traits" rather than actual ADHD mean that help isn't forthcoming?  I hope you can find a way forward with this, it doesn't seem fair.

Feeling v sad today. Yesterday's awful class had a big impact on me. Even to the point of considering resigning. Though I'm not really going to do that. I think.

Dc is also having a tough time. Ended up off school all day. And will prob be off tomorrow too.

But I did get cake with candles and presents from family. So then I feel bad about feeling so sad...
