    - sains shop to use £2.50 voucher
    - possible small aldee shop
    - buy circus tickets
    - sleep
    - maybe sew

Morning, sounds like you could do with a day in bed resting :o

    Hope it passes quickly.

    Best wishes Tilly
    Get well soon

    Thank you both :D.

Am mega grateful for night + day nurse and balm tissues. Look a wreck, but am feeling a little better. The snot downpour has slowed!

Not too shoddy for a poorly one!

Tis now lunchtime, so hm coleslaw, baked beans and some grated cheese that dd didn't want. Time team is on, and I'm planning a hot relaxing olbas oil bath soon.

Have done some money shuffling. I had £110 leftover from Sept so that went to the mortgage, plus £200 each to savings and mortgage.

Circus tickets are stowed in my purse - cost £25.50 for the three of us, with half price vouchers. So I 'upgraded' where we'll be sitting. We'll take a bag of food and maybe take a light-up whirly thingy dd got last time we went to a circus - in the hope that she won't feel the need to buy something in the interval!

I crashed out last night - possibly asleep before dd - and only woke to go to the loo, due to the copious amounts of water I'd drunk, in order to reduce the sinus pain.

The last of the hanging hearts have been sewn up, and several bunnies now have noses and arms.

I acquired 3 packs of gold + silver choc coins in sains - not specifically gf, but gf nonetheless - to put in dd's advent calendar. And in aldee I got her a choc Santa - again, gf of course!

Very, VERY nearly bought myself a knitting magazine because it had Christmassy things to make. Am glad I resisted! Especially as my 'other' budget is rather massive this month (circus, legoland, half term days out, ballet, cheerleading, milk for dd....). If I can end this month with money left over, I'll be well chuffed!

Oh A*M so sorry to hear you're feeling grotty, thank goodness the vomity phase is over. Hope you're a bit better today ... don't rush back to work if you're still grot tomorrow.

October's finally underway, glad you're all listed up and ready to roll and congrats on dipping below the big 8-0 ... you're doing so well!

Still pondering the MFiT, on the lines that GreenT suggests ( to GreenT) ... just need to get through October then see how things stand.

Ok, off to the Turtle Triathlon to update there ... hope you get another early night and feel better in the morning. Sleep tight. x

Another earlyish night has been had, and another good night of sleep acquired. I still look a wreck, but am on the mend.

Yesterday saw a surprising amount of things done, which was good, but tiring.

I'm going to work today, but am not cycling! And am hoping to take it easy again. But I have to stay u til 5, so not an early departure.

We have an Open Morning on Sat, so no rest even then! And dh will have the car to take dd to dance, so I'll either be cycling (doubt it!) or on the buses.

And the mortgage payments have gone in, the interest has come out, and we have dipped below the £65k mark! Yay!

Survived yesterday, tho my legs were so weary twas extra hard to go up the stairs! Working till 5 went ok too, but it's always lovely to get home knowing I'm not working for 3 days :D.

Today's only obligations are to get dd to and from school, and go to the circus!

    Would also like to:
    - sweep floors
    - change beds (possible wash?)
    - wash up
    - sew bags
    - find knitting patterns
    - cook dinner

£397.91/£400 = 99.5%. That is how much 'extra' I paid off the mortgage in September. Go me!

October's target is only £200. Until I reach it and extend it....

With the offset, the actual amount we are charged interest in is £45,400.

Open Morning is over for another 6 months. :j It went well, met lots of lovely people.

The alarm went off at 6.40am tho. Ugh. Walked to the bus stop and was pleased I'd got the bus time right as they only come every 20 mins. Lots of walking the other end too, as they closed 2 bus stops so I had to keep walking till I found one in use!

Then 3 hours on my feet being nice to people and using all my smiley muscles until they ached. The bus back to town was painless and I found dh and dd in the shops. We'd decided to use the money we got from selling the child bike seat to buy a brand new Lotso huggin bear for dd for Cmas. She is very happy! :D And dh drove us home - luxury - especially as it was now pelting down.

However, I am wiped out. So the virus is still doing its stuff. Ya boo hiss. Have decided to stay home tomorrow, not go to church. Dh has to go as he is on PA, but I shall rest.

NSD count is very low. Oopsie. I like to get a lot in early in the month, especially as half term's coming at the end. But this hasn't happened yet. Just 1 so far...

    Must try harder...

Hopefully some rest tomorrow will help you get over the virus.

I think I might be getting some sort of lurgy I've had a sore throat since yesterday and my nose is now starting to feel sniffy:(

Eat lots of veg, Goldiegirl! I find that usually helps me fight it off. I didn't get a chance to fight this one off as it snuck up on me without any warning!
