Happy half term!
Has DC tried melatonin or a weighted blanket? Melatonin has been a success here but the weighted blanket "hurts".

Like you, a weighted blanket has been rejected wholeheartedly!

Not thought about melatonin. Will read up a bit and suggest it to dc. I've been taking st John's wort for nearly 3 months and dc liked the idea (I believe there is a young person version) until they found out they'd have to take one every day for it to have any effect ...!

I am having a bonfire.  I love bonfires! Except it's exceedingly smokey cos dh loaded up the fire pit thingy weeks or months ago and despite having the cover on it, it was all very damp. Not to be put off, I got it going with the help of a couple of dry liddle boxes 😎. Dh came home and joked that he thought the house was on fire, cos it was all smokey. So I guess I'd not closed the back door quite as much as I thought I had!  I'm now sat here munching my lunch with the front window wide open!!! But the back ones all firmly shut!

I saw the luge the other day, where they went feet first. Now they're going HEAD first... Yikes.

I had fun at the gym earlier, with kettle bells, a sandbag and the battleropes. I was a total feeble weeble when I went to liddle afterwards. And on the bus, so knew I'd have to carry it all. Nevertheless, I still swagged a veg box 😎.

-cleared up the rasps I cut down last Nov

-called Dr for 3 appts! Me bloods, me talk to Dr re bloods, dc re fatigue (clin psych asked if we'd done that, so thought we should!)

Have discovered that headfirst luge is actually skeleton,😆

Thank you guys 😁. I'm hoping that I'll get my previous role too, on another component. Cos they can't do the component I'm signed up for and not the other ones...
