I has actually considered this! :rotfl:. But with the shopping! Amd pretty sure dh has a good supply of bungee thingys - he LIVES in the land of £ - or 99p on a mse day :rotfl:.
The bike has 2 paniers, so plenty of room for my lunch to fit in. But the child carrier come so low it renders them 2/3 inaccessible. Basically, need the child thingy removing - unless of course dd does genuinely fit in it still. As she is a 6.5yr old who can wear some clothes age 2 or 3 still, this is a distinct possibility!

I've subscribed to a couple of Christmas threads, for ideas and motivation, and some people there are almost ready!
Do have a go with making the bunny! It's so satisfying to create something from scratch. Habibiboo got me going back in Feb, I think, with ideas of 100 craft items in 100 days. And I've not looked back! I love my sewing machine, but also my knitting needles. Dd wants me to learn to crochet - never satisfied, that one.
I will definately have a go at the bunny pattern I have at some point! It has long pointy ears which are lined with (small patterned) gingham and bunny is dressed in a little outfit...so cute!
Currently I am into beading and make bracelets, earrings etc. quite time consuming but very thetapeutic! Have been making them as gifts for family/friends as they are 'one_offs' If I can figure out how to post a photo on my thread, I'll be able to show you!So nice to do something not Work related!
Have a great day!

Go for it, Bo! My bunnies are naked ones. I'd get none finished if I had to clothe them too!
Today has felt like a Satuday - and there's another one tomorrow! :j
Did the list get looked at again...? Well, I made some shortbread whilst dd was painting the humungous cardboard house her gdad gave her (gee, thanks dad! If only we had a room to house it!). Then she noticed what I was doing and wanted to make her own. So whilst she was pottering on with that and yelling whenever the timer went off, I mowed the front AND back. Go me!
Bunnies are progressing. I cut out all the bits for 4, and 2 have ears attached with arms and legs needing turning and stuffing.
The washing up did get done. Then we baked.:o And not a crumb has passed my lips :T. Want to get a 7-day run of no sugar.
Charity shop bag is full to bursting, so I'll pare it down and save some for the next bag. I have tried selling a few bits (fb, gumt, netmumz) to no avail. So, as I always seem to conclude, the Sally Army can benefit from them.
Have been waiting all day for a delivery - dd's sch shoes. They have just arrived so she is super happy!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

PS HBBB - thought you were starting the day with 3 hours of work...?True that, but I started counting my 'on the clock' time from 9 today, then got interrupted by visit from smallest Hbbb-bobbin and wished I'd started at 8.30! Oh well, you can't distract me from the main issue A*M, it sounds like you are almost set to be cycling on Monday (if it's Monday you're back)?
And before you ask, yes I have had a bath and brushed my teeth (but did indulge myself in a few granny squares first)!
Happy weekend! xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Good morning!
The sun is shining (hope it stays until it has dried my washing), I have been up to aldee to use my £5 off voucher (got loads and am now well stocked up), and Sains to use a £2.25 off voucher + a 1p 'your spend would've been cheaper' voucher (!) (got stuff I cannot get in aldee), then walked blithely past the ch shops with nary a sideways glance.
Now home - obviously! - and am feeling overwhelmed by the fullness of our downstairs. It's no fuller than it was yesterday, so am not sure why I feel like this.
I have plans to move a couple of pieces of furniture to be able to accommodate the huuuge cardbd play house somewhere other than in my face. So hopefully, doing that and putting some stuff away will help.
Back to work on Mon - 2 training days. New Head. New Frenchie teacher. NOT cycling! Dd doesn't start till Weds, so lovely lovely neighbour will have her both days for me.
Today's list includes:
- hang out washing
- turn out rest of legs (interrupted last night by a non-sleeping child)
- stuff all legs and arms
- sew up the backs of the arms
- attach 2 sets of legs and arms = 2 more complete bunnies
- check emails from exam board as have had odd letter from them
- move furniture and playhouse
- get bike out and try it out with dd on board
Breakfast is eaten, 2nd coffee is in my hand.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Grey weather here, grand kiddies here. May have to bake cakes this afternoon add doesn't look like we can go out anywhere... Well done on your run of sugar free days! That solves alot of health and weight problems! Sugar and white floor have allot to answer for! Must go, kiddies gone too quiet!BoDiddly
