Oh I love remove 2018 items in 2018. Although as both our recycling bins are full I suspect I've already removed more than 2018 bits of paper!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I only count paper if it's a significant amount (eg a year's worth of bank statements - and then I tend to count it as 1 item :))

    Yay, tis Saturday.

Big sis, niece and the bf arrived last night for a sleepover, so dd was absolutely thrilled! They all leave for the next leg of their journey soon so only a very short stay with us.

Had a good chat with sis about a few issues cropping up with mum, and some things that we need to check out/follow up.

Only 2NSDs so far this month - oops! Not much money news as I seem to keep spending little bits. Some are unnecessary, some are necessary and some are for dd's bday on Sat. We are trying very hard to spend several thousands on getting to Oz, but to no avail at the mo...

Yes, at a decent price with a decent airline!

Didn't fancy a stopover in china, personally...

    Don't fancy paying £1200 each.

    maybe I'm just too picky...:rotfl:

I guess it only bothers me intermittently. Or overwhelms me into inactivity. Although FIRE is my big dream - along with 'be slim and strong'.

I guess I wish I could make my fortune from selling the bunnies I make...

Nothing in the sales? Never tried for flights to Oz so I can't give any advice on that one. :( Make friends with a pilot?

    Plan1
    week 1/12

A week of logging almost everything I have eaten. No weight lost, but more awareness of what I consume.

5 bunny slope workouts done, and done thoroughly, with good form. I do feel stronger. Still unable to run, pesky knee, but I can get a wiggle on when walking and still do the bunny slope workouts, which is good.

3 days at work survived and the work I did with a colleague/ friend to update website info has been the first to be approved and has moved up a level to other people doing the rest. Very pleased :D.

Have had a lovely visit from big sis, niece and bf. Have found out that auditory hallucinations are common with dementia, so we are entering that phase with mum. Good to know what it is. And that it is a phase.

Have had some lovely times with dd and dh. Plans are well underway for dd's party on Sat and her presents are bought.
