Thinking of you all xxa penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library0

Thanking you!
I have just realised that I am not going with the usual knot of anxiety in my innards. Long may that last.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Had a lovely smooth journey up. Have spent several hours with mum, had a couple of long chats with big sis, have done a short workout.
And tomorrow there will be a donkey at church for Palm Sunday. I don't think it actually goes inside in case of little accidents... dd is rather jealous, and wants me to take a picture of it!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Love it. The donkey used to come inside the church when I was younger.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
I missed the donkey (that typed as kissed at first - total yuk!!!), but did get dd a balloon... I had to skedaddle early as big sis and mum arrived, but used the time to take photos of mum's address books while the house was empty.
Got in a nice big run this morning - well, big for me anyway. Just over 30mins across the park, down and back up. Saw nobody, not even dog walkers. Got very wet feet from the copious amounts of dew on long grass. Note to self: if bullrushes are growing there, it is likely to be a muddy marshy squelchy spot...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
