Everyone's stuff looks great! We are a talented bunch aren't we?

I've been working on the photo stitch of my cousin and his son. It's going to take a long time to do but it'll be so worth it in the end.

I also decided today to start a blog, which shows how much crafting has increased my self-confidence cos i've had trouble in the past even posting my stuff on here! To be fair, i will probably get more people looking at my items here then there but never mind that.

Well I'm back, after a week's break with my friend in Manchester. Haven't got anything to report really, as I didn't take any of my projects with me to work on. I've had a thorough rest and come back raring to go at tackling some of the projects I've got started but not finished.

This week I'm going to try and get a few of the smaller projects done so I can get them off the list and out of the way.... that's my plan, at any rate. Wish me luck!

Florenceem, greentiger and kinski, thank you for your bunting advice, the bunting isn't needed for a few weeks so I've got some time to practice. I'll try to post pic when it's done.

Another lot finished.
I had a blouse in my stash - bought for 10p at a Jumble Sale - years ago. Cut it up to make the hanger covers - 6 buttons on it - used them to stop clothes slipping off the hangers.

I have completed 3 more pages of my Project Life album so a bit closer to my target. Also started a craft room sign today using a gorjuss card kit I purchased ages ago but not finished it yet as life got in the way again. Hoping to finish tonight so can add another item to the "done" list

<nods in agreement> - I 'built' my first ever blog yesterday. Scared me to death as I had no idea what I was doing. I've only made one post so far, (more of an introduction to 'me', which I'll eventually turn into an 'about me' click over to the side of the blog). I asked around to see what sites others were using and any recommendations people had.

I know how scarey it feels, and can now appreciate that moment when you set out to make your first post, and totally go blank, then tell yourself that you have no right to make a blog because you have no idea of what to talk about. LOL. Don't worry, the moment will pass and you'll then have your next problem... knowing when to stop. Good luck in building it and working it all out, and ... very importantly ... don't forget to put a link to your blog in your 'contacts' section of your profile, here on the board so that we can all follow you and leave you some great comments! love and encouraging hugs, ~ TC. x

I love the card and the hangers. I've finished more bunting and this lot is for my granddaughters 2nd birthday party, I've divided it in half and each half is 5 metres long so it can go along the fence in the garden.

I really need to try and make something else but I'm loving the bunting :rotfl:
