Tattycath: thanks for your PM, I thought I replied to it but it's not showing in my sent items, so could you please let me know if you get it, if not I'll send it again.

loopychris, I didn't mean to sound critical of your list - I think you're amazing and love seeing the progress you're making. Like craftingmad says, it gives me a friendly kick up the bo**om too. Keep posting it.

Nothing finished for me today but I have attached the backing to the front of the memory quilt. I chose fleece, so it does not need wadding. I've got the binding cut, so just need to press in half and attach. Probably won't get it done tomorrow, as we'll be out all day, but Sunday .....

Thanks greentiger, I'd hate to think that I was annoying/boring anyone with my list but it does help me.. Sometimes there's not much progress but just looking back at what I have got done shows me there is.

You're doing well with the memory quilt - I've got about 5 I need to finish, then another 2 to start that need to be finished by June... I just wish I could spend all day every day for a week at my stash, I'm sure I'd see a bit more progress then!

  • Hey everyone - finally set myself a new target, just another 50 (of which i have done 3). I think increments of 50 are the best way for me to go.

Have got a fair few new things this week (pre new challenge of course). A couple of things for my birthday and then i went to Plymouth yesterday and went to Hobbycraft and TK maxx. I've been on holiday this week so had planned to do loads on the stitches i'm working on at the moment but unfortunately i've been ill all week so the most i have managed to do is make a thank you card for someone who made me a cake.

Had the morning to myself as hubby was off at his computer group, so I made the most of it and pricked out another 4 wedding thank you cards, and made 5 morsbags! Took me all morning, but I feel I've achieved something and can put my total up!

Hi everyone. I'm doing so well this week.
Done lots of suffolk puffs (about 50) from my fabric stash to use in my brooches, so felt will get used too and made a start on lavender bags.
Also have given lots on freecycle and listed a few items on ebay.
On the stash-growing side... I've found amazing pieces of fabric to use in my crafts in local scrapstore (could not go past these wools).

Hope you are getting better every day Ziggy.

I have done a bit more on my Granny Square blanket and made some gift bags using lots of embellishments, ribbons and flowers.

Not been as productive the last few weeks- life keeps getting in the way!

Well done on your makes everyone, looks like we've all been busy.

I managed another 5 wedding thank you cards this afternoon/evening, and that's my lot for today. Going to spend some time on the computer now and watch TV.

  • Hi everyone

I am now up to 16/17 on the challenge as I have finished another scarf. I have knitted the rabbit hat - just need to find out exactly what my 'customer' wants in the way of features.

I have started the baby fusion blanket. I have been on half term this week so managed to get an afternoon to sit and sew the padded squares and now comes the task of blanket stitching around them before I can crochet. I have been able to use some wadding and crochet cotton that I already had - so extra stash-busting! :j

Here are the squares so far
