Memory Girl has managed to put a picture of the thermal bag on my Thread, if that's a help. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

Been good and bad this morning.
Got some sewing patterns- 7 for £1.80. 3 cushions for £1 each. The good was the prices I paid and that I managed to resist buying fabric. The bad being that I bought cushions and patterns.
In my defence re. the cushions - I am making covers for the cushions so I can give them as a gift, thus using up some of my stash!
The last time I bought cushions was from Dun3lm and I paid £2.99 each- so to get 3 for £3 was a brilliant find! And very :money:
I haven't followed a pattern for so long that I have decided to have a little practice on smaller children's patterns and I know some small children-nieces and friends children so the garments (if wearable) won't go to waste.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Lovely makes all of you xx
I finished another bag, just in time for the fair tomorrow, not that I will sell much lol, never do, but I like doing the fairs.0 -
I love the bag rufusdog52 - a shame I can't see the little dolly bags mooloo, I bet they are lovely! If anyone wishes to see my crafting things I have them on flickr (Julie Jules 2012) in the sets section "craft." I think you are "allowed" to buy cushions tattycath if you are making covers for them. If anyone is on flickr I wouldn't mind looking at your crafting things if they aren't already on here, it might give me some inspiration Lol. I am really getting into this since being on here, so thank you to all of you.

I have been busy all day!! Believe it or not it has taken me the best part of 6 hours to follow a pattern and make a dress! The sewing machine is playing up and I haven't followed a proper sewing pattern for over 30 years!
Machine keeps missing stitches and I've re threaded it, both top and spool, I've even wound another spool in case the thread wasn't tight enough!
Any suggestions gratefully received. It's a brother machine if that helps. Model vx-1097. It is over 20 years old.
I will endeavour to sort my camera out and upload some pics of makes this coming week.GE 36 *MFD may 2043
