Dusty don't rush with the list, we all understand - Guess that isn't relevant now as you've done it xxx Just remember we all understand what you're going through.

It would appear I caught the measles while at Centerparcs... I arrived home just a week ago. There, naturally, are lots of small tots there, I can only imagine it was likely one of the parents with a child with a dreadful name I heard moaning about the pollution from fireworks, while they drove there in their large 4x4. Barstewards...! Alternatively it could've been at the hospital the morning I went on holiday or the day I came back I was also at the hospital, so either hospital (the real likely cause) or Centerparcs. Typical really. Only I could have a holiday to get over my illness (I have an autoimmune disease related to my thyroid and they thought I had cancer there until just this week) and get sick!

Hi all

Bossy just wanted to send you hugs and to say that I was thinking of you. I've had a candle lit tonight and will light it again tomorrow.

Dusty bigs hugs to you too. My old boy cat who recently passed had a mass where his bladder should have been, but he showed no symptoms, only 2 days before I took him to the vets did he become very withdrawn and stopped eating the day before I took him. As HB says (and my vet said it too) cats naturally hide their illnesses to protect themselves. Please don't be hard on yourself.

LR, hallway, kitchen & sun room hettyed

Photograph and upload pictures of furniture to sell to FB selling page
Take rubbish to dump
Take stuff to CS
Take dress to the dress agency
Wash walls in shower room ready to paint

Up early again. The dustcart has been, I don't envy them in the cold.

Sending some emails I've been meaning to for a while.

Plan to catch up on flying and paperwork and go to town if the temperature gets above freezing.

Got 30 minutes...
Spend the entire HH tidying up, putting away, finding homes for whatever is making this room a mess
An hour to spare...
Clean a window or a mirror
Do 15 minutes more tidying if you have time.

Check medical supplies, get rid of out of date stuff and replenish stocks

Flying could be good or bad today, not sure yet, DD3 has been sick so can't go to school, so I may have extra mess to clear during the day, or someone to sit and play with DD4 for a bit so I can get some jobs done!

Sounds like it's a lot colder up country than down here in the south west; it's pretty mild here at the moment. Dress up warm those of you who are venturing out in the cold.

DH's birthday today; we're going out to lunch with my Mum & Dad. Got Pilates at 12 so will go straight after that. Got a little bit of paid stuff to do and that's it so should all be doable ...

katykicker, hope you are fully recovered soon, id be careful with dying your hair while ill, you body is already out of whack so using dye could cause a reaction where it doesnt normally. when i had shingles (which i didnt realise) it stung like crazy when hairdresser put the dye on me, thats how i found out what i had.

:rudolf:am still upto date on the ironing, ive just got what came in over the weekned to do - maybe an hours worth.
craft stall stuff i did the hand sewing on two clutch bags over the weekend. i think i have two brooches to sew pins on, a clutch bag to finish hand sewing, and a needle case to finish.
then need to sort out prices bags labels etc.

couple of things to mend for DD1

did some washing overnight so that all hung in the bathroom, dry socks are paired and non ironing put away.
boys decluttered to work and school

pub behind us is closed for a massive refurb, it was a big old brick building that was built when the estate was about 50 years ago. it is now in the process of being painted white, it will stick out like a sore thumb and surely be a magnet for any scally with a spray can for miles:eek: i cant believe they've done it, it wasnt on any part of the plans i saw.

Have SS'd the kitchen and bathroom early this morning so will go and Hoover the big cupboard and then put away some washing. Then need to go out to the car and remove bits and pieces from it (including the wrapping paper) so that I can get on and wrap DD's birthday pressies for tomorrow.
DW done, will put WM in on in a mo if I have a full load of anything but haven't sorted it yet.

Morning all.

Flying off list again today. I have work, an amazing amount of laundry to do and I need to jump in the bath. DD came home from school yesterday with her coat covered in pink felt tip, so thats now on its second go in the WM to try and get the end of the stains out. I'm hoping she'll learn not to just dump her felts in the bottom of her school bag sooner rather than later :mad:

Yesterdays Christmas shopping was productive Only ex, his fianc!es, (both from DD and both started), a few bottles of mulled wine, clothes for my nephew and DD's gifts to do. Everyone else is completely done :j

Well I best shift myself. Its going to be a busy day.
