I'd say they're a closer relationship than Fiat and Ferrari. Audi, VW and Skoda all share components and platforms. Don't think Ferrari have any offerings on the Panda platform... (though they should :D )

I regularly 'dis' Audi drivers because I find they're some of the worst on the road. A generalization I know, but as I drive a hell of a lot of miles everyday, I think I'm in a position to judge.

No doubt my driving is just as bad, luckily I don't have to experience it :D

    Stupid opening post obviously

Even if the point about fancy cars not being an economical way of spending money is arguably true, its wrong to single out those manufacturers. Someone with an extremely frugal mentality might buy a second hand Volvo or BMW and run it for years and years costing them less overall than buying a new Ford or Vauxhall every few years.

    I've a 2012 VW Golf.

I regularly "dis" octavia drivers for being cheapskates, Audi drivers for being pretentious and Seat drivers for well, erm, not driving a VW.

Doesnt mean i'm right at all. :p

Well thats a lovely story but not sure what the point of it was.
