Went to Aldi this morning to do my weekly shop. £58 total. I used my Visa debit card to pay. I love Aldi. They have lots of lovely Christmas things in at the moment too.

The lights went out whilst i was there, every single person in the shop stopped to observe the 2 minutes silence.

OP, it doesn't matter how many posts you make slagging Aldi off, it won't stop people shopping there. In fact, it might make a few more decide to try them !

I only hope my £30 voucher arrives so that we can spend it at Aldi before Christmas other wise ill end up buying Easter eggs with it from Aldi.

Come to think about it I'm not sure if Aldi have started stocking Easter eggs already ?

I am not slagging off Aldi I am a Valued and Supportive Customer who is interested in the company. They have told me this

It's where it SHOULD be that's debatable - nothing to do with lines on maps

Exactly - where it should be is down to opinions, where it is is a simple matter of fact!

Aldi are treating Berwick upon Tweed as part of Scotland according to their geographic bias against using Credit Cards in the UK

It is CONTROLLED by BATHGATE SCOTLAND region.

Well that their decision nothing to do with geographic bias, it just the region they want it to be placed under for logistical purposes

Aldi themselves didn't know or believe this till they checked that Credit Cards are accepted at their Berwick Upon Tweed store.
