It is up to the company how they want to accept cards and which of their stores they implement which type of card to accept.

just like EVERY supermarket chain will have certain brands in some of their stores, but not in others.

    You are correct

Unfortunately Aldi do not have a policy at present that theiir staff at all levels understand or customers can follow easilly.

a response to tell you to go away and stop annoying them, and why do you think they owe you £30 in vouchers.

They agreed on this a few weeks ago

Is there a flaw in questioning a Credit Card acceptance policy that only allows acceptance in Scotland , parts of South Wales and Berwick upon Tweed in England.

No there is no flaw in questioning, but to obsess about it is quite worrying.
Do you agree tha Aldi do not display the cards they accept in store and on line correctly ?

Never noticed, I know from long ago, when Aldi only took cash, that they don't accept CCs at the Aldi stores in my area. (When wanting to by a PC, I wasn't sure so asked the till operator first).

Two store managers an assistant store manager an area manager the customer service manager 2 corporate logistics officials, all agree with me.

Do you think that just may have been to mollify you, and get you out of their hair?
Bear in mind Im still waiting for a promised response from Aldi customer service manager and also awaiting the promised arrival of a £30 gift voucher too.

Good luck with that. :rotfl: Does that tell you anything? :rotfl:

Has it not dawned on you that they just agree to keep you happy? They probably have dealt with people like you over the years and knows it's easier just to pretend to agree to get rid of someone and save time arguing.

Are you suggesting all these people are not telling the truth ?

No, it's just that they know the best way to deal with someone who is clearly not dealing from a full deck.

Do Aldi sell playing cards, and is there a problem with decks being short of cards?

I am not obsessed i simply follow things up

I'm glad you mentioned that till operators do not have an up to date list of cards they accept.

No mollification at all Aldi have 8 different ways of doing things from 7 regional offices and HQ.

Yes i think i will need luck for the £30 voucher too.

What does it tell me ? Aldi cannot organise a Pils up from stock from their alcohol section

They have to have an Understandable Policy otherwise they would never be granted permission to open stores. I have seen their policies and they all comply with legal requirements.

    A good point

Aldi do not know how to deal fairly with all their UK customers.

Do you think Aldi policies are understandable ?
