Well, there's enough material here if someone has to do an assignment on Aldi for their Business Studies course....

There's also a wealth of material for psychology students to base their thesis on as well.

At the Bulwell Nottingham store they use a pallet truck

That's disgraceful. Every store should be the same. Some customers are incapable of understanding things if they are not and they are being DISCRIMINATED against. Shock horror:eek:

Surprised the D-word hasn't been made more of in this thread

What will happen is the manager will be given an HSE booklet on H & S in the workplace and told to make sure any staff operating a pallet truck wears the appropriate footwear. They can't act unless they see any breaches for themselves.

dont forget their are many types of pallet trucks and each have their own guidelines regarding safety protection

The breach will be on the store cctv

I operate pallet trucks in normal work shoes.
Avoid lowering the pallet on your toes

Op you are a classic example of where "the customer is always right" phrase has gone wrong and why no retailers use it anymore. It's now only used by dumb consumers who don't know how else to back up flawed self centered arguments.

It's people like you who spoiled/killed something that could have been good to others.

I have not killed or spoilled anything. because Aldi do not listen to customers or their staff.
If Aldi listened to their staff and customers they would be a safe succesful , and pleasant place to work

That would be extremely difficult to do by accident.

I have to congratulate you on being one of the most successful trolls I have seen on this forum, not only have you kept your original troll going for 750 posts you are even managing to bring point from other threads into the mix. :rotfl:

I can't believe that people are still responding to you in a serious manner and trying to argue and point out the flaws in your view point.

A master class in the art of trolling.

    Well done. :T:T

I think there is more here for Business Management students.

A good project would be is it wise to have a Credit Card acceptance policy that only allows acceptance in Scotland , parts of South Wales and Berwick upon Tweed in England

Different customers tell them different things. Different staff tell them different things. I'm sure they listen to all and decide on action - or inaction - appropriately. Or put it in the too difficult tray.
