They have wanted to implement a customer service department this week , it failed.
The managers in 2 stores and their area manager want better signs that are up to date in store. they have no credible answers when asked about what Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
The area manage has been trying and wanting to send me a £30 voucher for the best part of 10 days. They Aldi staff at store level need to be able to communicate with Aldi on a simple level and also with their customers.
They need to implement proactive safety procedures for customers and staff.
They need to adopt a universal policy and procedure across all regions which at its most basic prioritises health and safety of customers and staff. If the 7 regions have different operation in their store i dread t think what quality procedures they don't have in place.0 -

They won an award from WHICH. When contacted WHICH were unaware that Aldi do not accept Card Cards except in Scotland, parts of South Wales, and Berwick Upon Tweed. IN ENGLAND
They considered it significant that it had been pointed out to then for consideration for the next comparison test.0 -
This is simple.
SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!0 -
Store level ( floor staff) will not know which branches take CC as its nothing to do with them, they should only know what procedures are in their own store.
If you think you are going to get a £30 voucher because Aldi wont accept Credit Cards on your say so then you need to take that trip to the moon.
They are doing nothing wrong regarding safety. at least they are not open 24 hrs like most of the big supermarkets, so you go shopping and fall over 12 stock trolleys per aisle and then the 300+ home shopping trolleys with staff running round picking stock that has been ordered online. which is a big safety issue.0 -

Which would be well aware of where they accept Credit Cards.
Why not make a full house and call Matt Alright (rogue traders) as how dare a retailer not accept Credit Cards0 -

THANK YOU for pointing this out and many people who have been embarrassed by Aldi or want to use a credit card have probably decided to shop elsewhere. Unless they visit Aldi stores that accept credit cards in Scotland , parts of South Wales, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England
I am a loyal Aldi customer and they appreciate my interest and loyalty they have confirmed this in writing.0 -
Well, there's enough material here if someone has to do an assignment on Aldi for their Business Studies course....“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0
