The breach will be on the store cctv
Depends on what sort of Pallet Truck as their are many types, but as long as its not overloaded and is operated correctly and in a safe manor then their is no breach. In handbooks for pallet trucks it will state 'It is ADVISED for the safety of the operator" note ADVISED, so it is not a legal requirement

Did you know that a simple house painter MUST wear coveralls, hard hat, gloves, knee pads etc., but if tradesmen did all the safety checks and dressed in all the safety protection gear, then once they did all this how much work do you think would get done, before they had to stop for the day and remove all the gear. COMMON SENSE is the best safety protection anyone can have and use.

That would be extremely difficult to do by accident.

I have to congratulate you on being one of the most successful trolls I have seen on this forum, not only have you kept your original troll going for 750 posts you are even managing to bring point from other threads into the mix. :rotfl:

I can't believe that people are still responding to you in a serious manner and trying to argue and point out the flaws in your view point.

A master class in the art of trolling.

    Well done. :T:T

Is there a flaw in questioning a Credit Card acceptance policy that only allows acceptance in Scotland , parts of South Wales and Berwick upon Tweed in England.

Do you agree tha Aldi do not display the cards they accept in store and on line correctly ?
Two store managers an assistant store manager an area manager the customer service manager 2 corporate logistics officials, all agree with me.

Bear in mind Im still waiting for a promised response from Aldi customer service manager and also awaiting the promised arrival of a £30 gift voucher too.

    But it's FUN
True, especially how it started out with Aldi not accepting Credit Cards in England to now that they allow staff to zoom around their stores on Pallet Trucks in almost bare feet.

I'm sure they listen to all and decide on action - or inaction - appropriately. Or put it in the too difficult tray.

    Don't guess contact Aldi yourself

It is up to the company how they want to accept cards and which of their stores they implement which type of card to accept.

just like EVERY supermarket chain will have certain brands in some of their stores, but not in others.

Has it not dawned on you that they just agree to keep you happy? They probably have dealt with people like you over the years and knows it's easier just to pretend to agree to get rid of someone and save time arguing.

a response to tell you to go away and stop annoying them, and why do you think they owe you £30 in vouchers.

    Still going? Really?

Jesus, I thought I had an internet addiction problem but at least I spread it out a bit.

    Move it to PM. Please.
