Is your VISA card a Visa Electron card please ? according to Aldi that is the ONLY VISA card they accept

Now you are contradicting yourself - ALDI have already admitted that their signage is out of date (and I'm sure that they will update them at some stage)

I spoke to a gentleman at Aldi corporate logistics about an hour ago (he said it was a fairly large deparment).
He agreed that the signs are out of date.

The fact is that there is proof that ALDI do take visa and mastercard debit cards as a number of posters on here have confirmed that they have used them (unless you are accusing them of telling lies or perhaps you think that they are all company stooges sent to thwart your campaign).

Yes they do , i have used mine.

IGNORE their website and try and visit one of their stores in England, as its been proven their FAQ on their website is outdated as they still mention Delta ( because the FAQ is outdated, does not mean they dont update their site) as most sites an FAQ is fixed questions that never really need updating.

I cant ignore their website and use a Credit Card can I though ?

How often do you shop at Aldi ?

Weekly only with a visa debit card.

This is so simple but you seem to be the only one who doesn't understand it!

I am glad you described Aldi in this way. This doesn't sound like the kind of place any of us would want to be employed at

Working hard not your thing then?

I think the stores assistant starting wage is £7.70 per hour which is 5 pence above the basic living wage recently launched.

But as has been pointed out, this is more than the wage that other supermarkets offer.

It is also another totally irrelevant point that points to the fact that you are just a troll with a vendetta against ALDI.

Yes you can, if you take a day-trip to Berwick (or one of the Welsh stores).

You make a very good point.

None of the cards on that sticker will be in current use and if they are will be soon be changed when the expiry date on the card is reached and a new card is issued.

Do any of the "Aldi accept only cards" shown on the door sticker match a label on any debit or Credit Card you have please ?

The local Aldi I refer to only opened in August. All of the cards listed on the sticker are the ones they will accept in the store, without exception. I am not sure what else they can do except list the cards they will accept and then accept those cards.

you have no idea how terminals work do you, A termianl will only work with cards the store accept, if the store does not accept certain cards then them cards will not work in the terminal, the terminal will show 'invalid card'
Thank you for telling us this and you have helped highlight a very important issue.

If you offer a card at the cash desk when there is a long queue of people behind you,
because Aldii have minimum staff levels, and
which may include people who recognise you and you know,
and the card is not accepted ,
its is extremely embarrassing especially if you don't have cash or another card to use.

If Aldi cannot take care of simple things like in store signs and their website and customer service department...

Then ask yourself this can they take care of important things like
    Customer safety
    Staff safety
    Hygiene
    Product Safety
    After sales care
