Perhaps because they don't want to pay the fees that PayPal levies.

You are asking the wrong people as no one on here speaks for ALDI. I recommend you ring one of your contacts at ALDI and ask them (apologies to the ALDI staff for inflicting him on you again).

The fee is only 3 % for normal Paypal users and I'm sure a global supermarket chain like aldi could negotiate a better deal than 3%.

Do Aldi need to employ people who work smart ?

You seems obsessed with this phrase now. Would you mind caring to explain what your definition of this actually means?

Can you tell me which if Aldis South Wales stores take credit cards please ?

When i contacted the Swindon Office they didn't know whihc of their South Wales branches accepted Credit Cards.

Does any one on here live in south Wales please ?

Does it really matter to you?

Those who live there will know whether they can use their CCs in their local store, and visitors from elsewhere will assume that Aldi don't take CCs and come prepared.

If, like us, you are used to Aldi and Lidl accepting CCs, it can come as a surprise, but you only make the mistake once!

Are you an eBay, online Trader ?

i trade online and run a hosting business, so have a PayPal access card as its easier to Pay some suppliers that dont accept paypal but accept Mastercard.

I also run a highstreet store and a stall at country shows and summer fairs. why pay the £99 and then monthly fees for a PP terminal when i can turn an ipad into a card terminal using payatrader.

Why should they though, when they can pay a low fix-price to have each debit card payment processed. Possibly saving themselves (and their customers - which looks like great customer service to me) a pound or so on a £50 transaction.

I am glad you described Aldi in this way. This doesn't sound like the kind of place any of us would want to be employed at

    d.

Who is this us you refer to?
Plenty of people on MSE have no problem with working hard

i would say the answers to these questions has nothing to do with you, as stated store CANNOT Physically list ALL methods they accept or dont accept.

Also not all CC give cash back, but this has nothing to do with you.
