Thank you for pointing this out to me
Its amazing what success Aldi have had despite their poor attention to detail and poor customer service.

Even more startling how they are missing out on increasing their market share by accepting Credit Cards all over the UK instead of their silly geographical ban on the Use of Credit Cards only accepting Credit Cards in Scotland , parts of South Wales controlled by Swindon Wiltshire England, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England
Because most people arent bothered about minor details and unless you have a concern their is not need to contacted their CS. not accepting credit cards has not done them any harm.

constantly repeating

just makes you look silly, it is not a ban it is their business model which works for them 100% regardless to what you keep repeating.

This very simple concept has obviously escaped you but perhaps they aren't missing out because it isn't that difficult to find an alternative method of payment other than using a credit card!

Op you don't have the skills to run a large company that has become very obvious from your repetitive posts so why don't you leave them alone to do what they're good at because it's quite obvious from this thread and what the other posters are saying on here that they don't want or need your help.

And I'm sorry to say that you arguing the same point over and over again with him puts you in the same category.

You're as bad as each other.

emailed Aldi about the receipt images and what is stated on the booklet and got this reply
Dear ****,

Thank for the images highlighting what methods of payment we take within our stores, after further investigation on this matter I can confirm that the receipt states MasterCard is because MasterCard do provide a debit card within their range.

We acknowledge the confusion this may cause to customers and in result of this I have passed your comments on to the relevant department for future review of the receipts we print.

Thank you the interest in our company and for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

You really need to get a life.

First to speak to your local store manager about this thread, now you are emailing the Head Office.
