    Costco don't accept credit cards in their stores in England, except for American Express which they issue with their branding on.

    I do not know what happens in Costco stores in Scotland and Wales.

    I do not know if there is a Costco store in Berwick upon Tweed in England.

    I hear M&S only accepted M&S Credit cards some time ago lol!

    It's not long ago Aldi only accepted good old fashioned cash only with staff having to manually type memorised prices into the till.

    I tried to pay in aldi for some gardening stuff by credit card, not realising that they didn't accept them.

    'Twas not a problem, I just switched to a debit card and all was well :)
