Forgot to add two things
Started a challenge to increase my happiness through a snap of everyday stuff to make me appreciate whats around me.
#100happydays
I'm updating mine on the book of face - its making me appreciate my life in small ways. Not sure how long I'll keep it up but its nice all the same.
And, I put in my timesheet for this past month at the learning factory so that's an extra 20 hours extra pay towards the cards.

Today's cunningly frugal plan is as follows

Work from town in the PM (petrol expensed)
Meet a chum in the staff room for a DIY lunch and catch up
Get some CV/application advice
Walk dogs in toon (small)
Meeting a colleague to set up a stand at food bank
Walk dogs at beach near after (long)

More work admin work

Meals from stores - think tonight its rissotto but we have a lot of pearl barley cooked (slow cooker thanks KC) so we'll use that and must harvest spinach at work for that (free grub always good)
Must remember lunch
Garage still to sort when I feel noble
Wood to chop when my mood gets in the zone
FINISH job application once reviewed
NSD - we certainly don't need anything aside washing powder and I've just put out the last of the dog food but both can wait another day
Bit cleaning using minimal cleaning products
Look for more jobs - mustn't rest on laurels
Well that's enough of a list for right now - lets see what DFW magic happens.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Washing powder - check whether the offer is still on (and no idea if you have a particular one you normally buy) but the huge boxes of Surf were on offer in T's at the end of last week when I got mine - £6 for the 4kg or thereabouts size I think I paid. Thought that was pretty reasonable for a "good" powder.
And that looks like a nice well-planned day there, and I do !!!! the 100 Days of Happiness idea too - I'm seeing a lot of those about at the moment. Might make a blog post perhaps?
Bafflement reigns - it appears that the forum didn't like the word "!!!!ly" when I used it in an earlier post? Eh? What's that about?! :rotfl:🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

The forums seem to be going a little mad! Unless there is now a separate MSE battery of words that are considered beyond the pale...!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Slumps in a heap - all work done for the now.
Great lunch with clever chum who's reviewing my application for me - she offered and its silly not to say yes to help cos I'm embarrassed I've not done a good job!
Work colleague and I set up display at local food bank - quite fun really like giant lego with no instructions.
Tea - HM tartiflette - used some value cream cheese instead of posh stuff worked like a charm.
DD out soon for a club and I'm on taxi later so working on the last of my supporting statement tonight for chum to review..........
Fires on - and a NSD is mine to be claimed.
Short walk with mutts earlier must do them again in a while
Not feeling the garage love tonighttottles off to see what folks are upto.
