Love that idea, like something from Wallace and Gromit! (and it could be another thing to do with them when you have a glut!)
Easter is not feeling like the season of new life around here just now; my Dad just died suddenly on Saturday. I hope everyone else's Easter is better!0 -

We had this at both our recent funerals. I like the words and the sentiment (although I don't like the title) - it helped me to just yibber on to my special folks, knowing they were there, listening. Whilst its only words, I hope it might help you smile a wee bit my lovely girl.
All is well - [Think of this my love]
I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other,
That, we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way
which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word
that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you.
For an interval.
Somewhere. Very near.
Just around the corner.
All is well.

I am having what can only be described as a half 'duvet' day.
I am working later but thus far I have achieved diddly squat.
I am tired, so I am not giving myself a hard time. Its always great fun to have visitorsand they are not to blame. Late driving (supervision) and lots of miles, working and washing machine heads have taken their toll.
Lots of great chats here too which have forced me to think, and some if out outside the box, if it were.
Where, if I'm honest, I'm often happier, life in a box isn't for many of us is it.
I need to go in search of sustenance - as I've not had that either. And whilst a lovely chum left a tonne of chocolate yesterday evening, I think toast would be nicer.

I lobbed some extra work money at cards and now dear hearts we are under 2k on the pesky cc's. 15/11/2013 we were at our highest, now we are getting there. And thank you for the poke Beanie I did indeed find some extra to lob at it. As ever your lovely whoops and ongoing prods, pokes and nudges does help enormously and for that I thank you all

Food Shops - 31.15 + random reduced bits (11.80) = 42.95KC thanks for popping in and saying Hi we all do our own thing don't we on the grub front and I'm glad you're better (ish)
Spends on logs/wood a wee bit due to lack of the free stuff and a lack of time - hope to remedy that a bit.
I also bought Mr F a treat of a picture from a local gallery but that's out of my own special 'funds' (not a bank rob you understand).
Meal plan (eg food list) which we'll loosely call a meal plan :rotfl::rotfl: went so far according to plan due to very easy understanding guests, who enjoyed quantity over 'quality' - they also bought their own beer  this month has also been helped by several donations of guest eggs :T and the odd free cabbages and several reduced brassicas in Mr T and elsewhere a well [STRIKE]choked[/STRIKE], erm I mean stocked freezer.
21 hours bagged from the learning factory this month - timesheet is in. So that should need a nice wee sum next month.
Expenses and Invoice to launch at 'womble finance officer' at end of month. A fair bit of expenses this month too so that should help us focus eh.
And finally.
Estimate for moving came in at 770+VAT - which I'm a bit youchy at but I do realise I'm on an island- comparisons with self drive etc are making it look quite favourable. Although its YOUCHY.
I'd be OK without the VAT quite frankly. Am mulling this one.

House finances for the 'purchase' are in the hands of the finance monkeys. Who knows when we'll hear about them.
But overall a good month so far and we'll end it well I hope.
And as its the birthday month of several fine chums :T April and May are always a bit heavy on the stamp budget but as its my birthday too I can't grudge a few wee stamps to make folks smile can I?.:rotfl:
Time to get ready for work I think. Toast and eggs hit the spot.
