Adjudicator
As others who have failed have said, this is frustrating as her claim was exactly word for word (EE's defence and RC's responce) as Karlito's successful post #1072 and #1106
The adjudicators conclusions are almost the exact opposite of RedHeadPeter’s post #1409
So, how did anyone reply to the CISAS email? Just a straight forward “I reject this decision” or add more detail?
Going forward, should I go SCC route or to go with RC's http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...6#post66073126 T&C’s claim first (or both)?
Unfortunately if an adjudicator can't read than there is not a lot we can do about that. SCC or the new campaign? It is up to you the new campaign is cost free, but SCC will be quicker.0 -
So the new thread is for those of us who lost on price rise claim? I'd have asked in that thread but the other due was all "no questions! in his post so I don't dare!
I look forward to going again at EE/T-Mobile. At the rate it's going, my contract will be up by the time I get a resolution!0 -
RC, have you been forwarding the responses we're getting from Ofcom onto the press? just wondered if that's worth doing, so they can see why we're hounding Ofcom, and now just pestering because we "disagree with the responses"
Good point, no I have not.
The press are copied into our emails to Ofcom. Maybe a good idea if individually we forward the responses to various news outlets asking them if they would contact Ofcom to find out why they refuse to take action.0 -

I have just been reading this thread:

It is the same place I used to take out my iphone contract with T Mobile and looks like their T&C's state that if you end the contract with T Mobile you have to pay for the handset or return it to them:(
Has anybody else used this or a similar intermediary and has experienced the same?
Maybe Random Curve has come across this before when dealing with cancelling of contracts.
I'm gutted to be honest:(
xxxx
I've PM'ed ladymarmalade222 on this subject, but had another thought since which I will post here in case anybody else is in the same position.
EE breached Ofcom regulations and so you ended YOUR contract with EE;
BuyMobiles say YOU have a contract with them and if you cancel your contract with EE then you must compensate Buymobiles.
BUT
Buymobiles must also have a contract with EE
If Buymobiles did not put a clause in the contract with EE that requires EE ensure they do nothing against regulation which could d lead to a customer leaving their contract then that is BUYMOBILES problem.
Buymobiels recourse is with EE for breaching its contract with you, not with you for enforcing your rights.
So basically I don't think Buymobiles can do diddly squat to you.0 -

That makes a lot of sense - I've seen that kind of set up used a lot elsewhere. It means that all the important information is either to find - this thread for example is so full of stuff that someone starting from the beginning would be unlikely to know where to look!0 -
Thanks for your help Random Curve! I will wait and see whether a letter materialises, I'm not known for my my good luck so it won't be a surprise.
One thing for sure is that you have given me the confidence to stand up and fight it if it does arrive through my letterbox.
Thanks once again.

Replace "someone" with "rockstarzzz" - I am lost. To be frank, don't even know if what I've sent is what I was meant to send to CISAS! Nail biting 15 days.0 -

I seem to be banging on at this website, I have nothing to do with it but found it really helpful.0 -
I've started to populate the new campaign forum (there is a pointer to a document that if you have a similar one will be of great help to you). I think everyone else should be able to post to it now.
I hope to have the first email to send EE ready by Monday, but no guarantees as I will be without a keyboard tomorrow and possibly Thursday too

Oh dear, hope it's nothing serious!
What is the process for those of us that lost this price rise claim as we obviously already contacted EE/T-Mob/Orange previously and had the "deadlock letter" bit. Do we need to go back to EE and explain that we previously went through CISAS, disagreed with their decision and am now going for termination on the grounds of the contract change?
Or are we starting afresh, as if the previous communication hadn't taken place?
As a side note - I never got one of those welcome letters like the one you scanned in - presumably because I had been on a different contract at first, and just changed to a higher priced one when it was renewal time.0
