Morning, just after a quick bit of advice.
I've just received my PAC code from EE, however its for 2 numbers. Can 1 PAC code be used on separate occasions?
Yes. I used my pac to port two numbers from EE and it should be done by tomorrow. I'm now on the only network currently guaranteeing no increases (including VAT) for the life of the contract and T&C's are explicit. Thanks Tesco Mobile!0 -

Still no word from MSE?
Is there a time limit for going to the Small Claims Court? Worried that if I wait around too long on MSE / possible new CISAS case, I'll end up with no avenue to go down :-/0 -
Hi Folks,
Just received the EE's defence forwarded by CISAS and I've prepared my response based on RC's new template. Can someone advise me on how to send the response to CISAS? Do I just attach it to an email and send to CISAS@idrs.ltd.uk ? Thanks in advance.0 -

I saved mine as both a pdf and a word doc then attached them to the reply email. I did note in the email that I had saved the same doc in two formats as it was not specified which format was preferred.0 -

Normally how long does it take for CISAS to acknowledge that they've received my application? I've applied on Friday last week and haven't heard anything back at all. I don't know if they are even considering my application!0

Normally get an automated reply saying we will respond within 5 working days, or that's how it's happened for me.0 -
Following on from EE trying to worm their way out of refunding my money, CISAS have agreed backdated means just that!
Following on from the response of the Adjudicators as per below,
Further to the company’s request for clarification in the above case, please see below the adjudicator’s response:
‘The customer is correct and should have all charges refunded.’
Also I've just had my text confirming my unlock email is on the way.
PAC code and additional £100 compo to be sent in 21 days also.
Happy days!0
