So losing cases such as mine cant appeal with CISAS yet EE can go back to prolong paying up to people who won and not going with what the adjudicator says? If CISAS go in EEs favour i will be absolutely livid but im sure if they do it will open a can of worms for everyone who has lost their case to go back to CISAS and demand they re-review our cases?

What a bunch of utter idiots

ditto! They are playing the same with me

Who are you dealing with from EE. I've just had my email from Carmel Codd stating that my PAC code is on the way and a cheque with compensation and backdated bills will be on the way. I disagreed with the total they had come up with as they hadn't included the half a month from April, two emails later and now getting the full month for April too. :D

They also said the Ombudsman won't take on the case as it is to do with the business decision, but I informed them it is not Vodafones business decision to increase prices that is the issue it is the breach of GC 9.6 and not granting a penalty free cancellation!

I love this, I remember a certain EE taking a similar line and look were its gotten them !

This is good to know, obviously they have some jumped up little morons working there who are trying to be clever. Your person seems to have common sense!
How long was it before EE got in touch after you received the email from CISAS advising they had sent your acceptance to them?

I accepted on the 18 June, got an email back on the 25 June to acknowledge acceptance and then EE have contacted today.

Just phoned Vodafone myself - I have no contract with them!
I asked why they are side stepping the issue after 4 emails and asked about GC 9.6. Yet again they repeated their 10% rule so we went around in circles for a few minutes before they put me on hold to find someone who would explain - in the end they claimed that the only people who could help were on the eforum (funny place for the legal staff to be working). So I will post a question on their Eforum later.

Sorry to quote myself, but the above was a complete red-herring!
The forum is just made up of vodafone customers and trying to explain anything on there is like talking to little clones of the Vodafone executive office - see for yourself:

Don't think I'll waste any more time there!

Hey fella, hope you are well, or at least better than you've been recently. What's the latest news on the next step for us that failed at CISAS with EE/T-Mobile? I understand you are very busy with the Ofcom and Vodaphone stuff right now!
    Feeling much better thanks.

I am still waiting on MSE to let me know what if any support than give.

Below posted on behalf TAYLERC - a good piece of research that others may want to contact EE with (copy in CISAS)!

I do not know if this helps anyone on the Backdating issue, but I found this on T-Mobiles website:

    http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-3868
Updated this year in MARCH 2014.

It has reference to "Backdating" to which they acknowledge backdating is a form of refund, to which they state they only reduce the charge for next upcoming bill... so with that could it be used as evidence that they DO in fact know what the meaning by the term Backdating!

I would of posted this on the forum but I can't add links yet as i'm new.

EE do know what backdating is. Carmel Codd has confirmed to me an amount they will refund, plus compensation for my two lines and have arranged for a cheque, but will finalise this once I have the PAC and have used it. I have to inform them when I have used the PAC and the date and she will handle it from there. Perhaps an email back to them cc. [Removed by Forum Team] might help them understand and expose the game they are playing and that despite our wins we are going to stick together as consumers.
