Mobile Phone Contract - Price Rise Refunds

Have emailed it over. Safe to say I am fuming, not what i was expecting when the adjudicator said that they should!
Unbelievable the adjudicator has ruled:
"The company shall terminate the customer’s contract without penalty (this being backdated to 25 April 2014) and provide the customer with a PAC and compensation in the amount of..."
And EE are claiming that it does not state that they have to make any refund, so they need clarification. What do they think BACK DATED to 25 April means?
If CISAS inform EE not to make repayments then you can ask CISAS what "back dated" means.0 -
I received my positive decision and accepted it last week, and I've been told by CISAS EE have 4 weeks to accept it. I've been away since, do I need to contact EE again to cancel now or does this acceptance cancel my contracts for me?0

I'd like to know this as well. For those who have won do we have to wait or can we just go and get another deal somewhere else without using PAC code?0 -

CISAS should contact EE informing them that you have accepted the decision and giving EE a date by which to comply - they will copy you into the email.
EE should then send you a PAC code, and once you use it the contact is ended and EE should settle the account.
Not sure what happens if you do not want to use the PAC - best to contact EE once you receive it and inform them that you won't use it but do want the contract cancelled as per the CISAS decision - as always with this bunch of vipers all communication should be via email.0 -
Ok cheers. I'll keep an eye on the inbox or junk mail!!0

How long will it take for cisas to reply? I find it unbelievable0 -
Another part success on a second control mine. With a back dated cancellation ( with no date this one will be interesting) a oak code and unlock code but no compo.0

EE quoted that you have to use the PAC in order to cancel the contract fee free.0 -
RC just got this back from OFCOM, should i reply immediately that this is not in relation to my price rise?
Thank you for the response to our email received 30 June 2014, regarding the price increase to your EE contract.
We are currently considering your response and will get back to you shortly.
Yours sincerely

Just checked my inbox and I have exactly the same email - I don't even have an EE contract!!! I wonder if they are lining us up for response that says "Ofcom can not get involved in individual cases" - in which case we need to nip that in the bud!
Yes respond and point out that the email is nothing to do with the price rise and you expect EE to respond to the substantive points raised which are raised as a concerned consumer and have nothing to do with any individual case.
Thanks0
