Hi there
Just received a letter from EE re this (i'm on t-mobile).
Took out my current plan Aug 2013 (was previously on payg with t-mob for about 2 years). What is my best plan of action? Send the email on the previous page?
Many thanks0 -
Sorry for being silly and not knowing, but what would I do if they don't reply to me, still waiting :wall:0

Hi,
I would just like to say thank you for the template letter, Were struggling each month with our payment to EE as our circumstances financially have changed since taking a 2yr contract back in sep 2012 but we have honoured the contract. What these companies do is wrong, I agreed to a monthly amount which I honour, they will not let you terminate the contract without paying a huge cancellation fee but they can increase the amount.
I have sent the template letter and keep my fingers crossed, I will though be happy if they do not apply the increase to my account.0 -
Hi Random Curve,
Just copied your letter, thanks for that, going to send it in a minute.
My price rise wasn't devestating, but I feel as though it is more the principle with this company now.
The price of my contract now I could have an iphone on contract and better limits!
I have had trouble from day one of starting my contract with them and it seems they can do anything and get away with it.
I will update on progress with it!

thank you RandomCurve. Just sent off your template regarding my Orange contract i had taken out August 2013.
It is totally unfair to decide to charge more than a £1 extra each month. Many thanks for your efforts and help with the template. i will keep you posted on how i get on.0
