Good evening everyone, I am just going to update my list and then see what I can get done this evening.

    Remembrance Day
Check oil & water in the car
Write 4 articles for freelance project
Paint the bathroom ceiling and woodwork
    Dust round the house
Put lining paper up in ds1’s bedroom
Spend 15 minutes sorting through paperwork
    Catch up with the thread
Chase an invoice payment owing from July
Finish knitting the head for the clown teddy that I am making

Please can I join in with the challenge for November? I pledge to declutter ds1 bedroom and decorate it, finishing decorating the bathroom, make a start on decluttering dd’s bedroom and catch up with ironing mountain. As well as doing these tasks I will also be aiming to make £150 on ebay, as I have a lot of unrequired things that I can sell.
  • done scouts paperwork and wrote cheque out for winter camp, fed Ds1, washed up and made a leek and potato soup for our tea, its just simmering now.

    welcome to minniemousesmummy

I've had a genius idea. I am going to open a Flylady Training school to teach would be fly folks how to clean.

So, if anyone wants my keys and the address of said academy;)

Seriously in total state of frenzy here, did manage to clean and cook and wash and iron on Sunday...

anyway, cannot do the card thing this year, or the Secret Santa but you're in my thoughts.

Evening all, hope everyone is doing okay and flying, even if it's just a little fluttering :D

Well after almost a month of that darn BD yapping at my heels I think I might have sort of shaken her off. At the moment she is firmly behind a closed door but is trying hard to get the door open which I am not letting happen. So I am taking the opportunity to get the house upstraight and sort of resembling a home before Christmas. Wonder how many opportunities I will taking before Christmas is actually over..lol

Unfortunately today didn't start off well..lol. I stayed in pj's until gone 2pm but then I had a lovely bath and got on with sorting out the card exchange - i.e. collating a Word document with names and addresses, who I had sent PM's to, who had replied back etc.. You can tell I was a secretary, I still have it in me after 20 years..lol

Put away clothes and clothes airers
Did 15 mins of Wii fit

I’m not sending cards this year, I will next year but leaving it this year.

Pigpen – I’ll have to start decluttering my wool as well. In the middle of making a blanket from squares, still need to finish it two years on. Saw the yarn your using, now have yarn envy.

    Honeybear – Thanks:)

Katiecat – Hope BlackDog lifts a bit for you. Do suffer from that myself

Lozzy - Your DS1 shares same birthday as me 26th Dec. Did he allow you to have Christmas dinner? Mam went into labour with me after hers but the nurses didn’t believe her and told it was just indigestion.

MrsMoneypenny –Anything planned for day off?

LW - It is so sad to hear these thing but should make us feel lucky that we’ve not had to go through that.

Natty – Glad to hear BD is under control just now

How long have you got Bonnie for?
She's here for a total of nine nights, she's had three of them, and will be going home on Sunday. She's spent the last half hour snoozing on her day-bed; and let me tell you, she can snore for England!:rotfl:

I've literally only just finished going through my email - lots of surveys to do today.:money:

I did break off to get our dins when Mr LW got in from work though - nut loaf and rice with sweet'n'sour sauce (HM of course;)). We always have a break before pud, so we shall have that in a few minutes - HM cherry crumble and custard.

  • Good day today.

    Lounge vaced and dusted
    Hall vaced and dusted
    Stairs vaced and paintwork washed

Realised wm drain backing up and had flooded cupboard under UR sink.

    Emptied cupboard, cleaned it out.
    Hubs dismantled pipework.
    Cleaned it all out.
Replaced pipes and run a load.
Worked perfectly so sorted and replaced contents.

    Went to book club.

    Did a load of ironing.

Now knitting and Gareth (not sure about the beard).

    Hugs to all in need.
