They have released registered keeper details to a parking company who is not in an approved operator scheme! Only keeper details are supposed to be released to an aos member this company are not!
I suggest that you raise this complaint further, there is an email from the dvla that says the operator must be in an aos, the above contradicts that.
And actually I think it was by this person as wellWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Hi all, moved a house now and back online properly!
My husband received the demand letter for £50 today. They say the next instruction is to issue cc proceedings. Not may, but will.
I go into surgery in the next few days so I am freaking out a bit, plus I had a cc letter from Northampton for a statute barred debt that I have sent the relevant request letters to (3times over the past 5 years) so I'm getting hammered there too0 -
My credit is in the high 900s as excellent, this will utterly mess me up0

It won't mess you up at all if you follow advice and timescales. If they took you to court and won, you will have 28 days from judgement to settle the case, so no CCJ will be recorded at all. But this will not go there IMO, despite the threats!
And your credit scores mean nothing, high figures are just a way credit reference agencies make money from people who believe this means anything. Trust me every company has different methods of giving credit, where you fail with one you will get with the other.
Cancel all credit reference agencies that you pay money towards and just go with noddle as its freeWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

No it won't even if you lost at small claims and then paid them it doesn't touch your credit rating; what are you talking about?!

I take it you have read the sticky info threads recently:

'Newbies' thread and 'LBCCC' thread are two stickies that spring to mind; they are relevant to you, I think, and full of advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
