It sounds like a good scam. I think I'll do it myself to make a few bob for Crimbo.

This is just in a different league.
The only thing happening here wholesale, is the wholesale ripping off of customers who nearly without exception would be appalled by the business practice of this operation, or "scam", in my opinion.
I'm sorry, i think that is one of the most ridiculous statements i have seen written.
How the hell is this a scam?
If you cannot be bothered to research prices for the item you want then more fool you.Lose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!0 -
I got caught out by this a few years ago. Bought a dvd player as a xmas present on Ebay and it came from Amazon.
It turned out to be faulty and so I returned it to Amazon.
However the refund was credited to the Ebay seller and he would not refund me because I did not return it to him.0 -

You obviously don't read a lot.

Why leave negative feedback?
I won't deal with Amazon because of their tax practices. If a seller makes me an unwitting customer of Amazon, I'll leave them negative feedback. Additionally, you're not supposed to sell items on ebay you don't have in hand.
If the buyer felt hard done by, they could bring it to Ebay CS to have it removed and explain their business practice.
Perhaps you disagree, that's up to you.0 -

True, hands up, fair enough.

So you do not realise ebay do EXACTLY the same as Amazon regarding their tax practices? :cool:Lose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!0 -

How is it ripping off customers?
What do you base your opinion on that "ripping off of customers who nearly without exception would be appalled by the business practice of this operation?"
What part of it is a scam?Lose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!0
