I actually think it I a good idea given your health issues and your need to rest in bed much more than a person with good health.
I think it is a positive to work 'with' your fatigue rather than battle against it. I speak from experience.
Afraid I can't give any advice on choosing a tv though: no idea:oI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
I have a 19inch dvd combi in room but it isn't rigged up to an ariel and I couldn't tell you the last time I watched a dvd, when I lived with parents I had sky in my room and watched TV in my room a lot but now that I have my own house I watch TV in the living room.0

Thanks for all your replies. I do have a samsung downstairs, it seems quite good.
My laptop is in serious need of repair, it wouldn't be able to cope with any more demands made on it!! That is next on my list of To Do's. But netflix would only sort films, so TV wouldnt be an option would it?
You couldn't watch live TV, but you can watch lots of episodes of both US and UK series.
You can always get a bit of Quidco cashback for a free trial, see what you think, and don't bother if its not giving you what you want.0 -

It's a TV for when you are too poorly to get out of bed
Ours is connected to our Sky box downstairs, although nothing as sophisticated as a wireless set up - there's some sort of wired contraption that trails under the carpet to downstairs. Anyway, our bedroom tv hardly gets used either. My main bone of contention is that I can't see the tv without my glasses on but can't go to sleep with them on so I can't nod off while watching tv in bed.
JxAnd it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end0 -

:rotfl: I'm sure I'd look lovely for my OH in a pair of thoseI'm so shattered most nights I'd probably nod off easily wearing them.
