Mine is annually on the anniversary of opening.
This card was only made available for about 6 weeks last year. How many versions of the terms & conditions do you think Luma would have made in that time?
My terms say:Each rebate will appear on your January statement and will be credited to your account in January unless we notify you of another method0 -

Is your card the 4% cashback Luma, the subject of this thread?0 -
Apologies if this question has already been asked and answered but couldn't cope with reading 19 pages! Also, couldn't find it in the FAQs on the Luma website. Does Marks and Spencer count as a supermarket for cashback purposes? I'm pretty sure it does with Santander but wondered about Luma.
TIA for any answers.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

I didn't earn the full amount of cashback last month and I was wondering if anyone has any idea why this might be. It was only 1p less so I'm not really bothered, just curious.
I spent £238.98 and I'm £9 in credit due to them giving me the previous month's cashback so in total I owe £229.98. Even if they work the cashback out based on the balance due I think I'm correct in saying I should have earned (in theory) £9.20 which would definitely earn me the maximum £9 cashback - so why the penny less?0 -
Did you get a refund for anything?
Some companies deduct for refunds but don't take into account anything over the maximum.
So one explanation is that you up to £9.20 - but they only count that as £9.
They got a refund and got a deduction from £9 not £9.20.
Aqua has been working this way I believe.0 -

Cashback is earned based on the transactions (at the specified merchants) included in that month's statement, subject to £9 maximum. It is not based on the account balance.
So, barring any error, it may be that one or more transactions in the period is not from a merchant that entitles you to cashback.
Or perhaps a refund included in the account may have reduced the cashback entitlement as suggested by lisyloo0 -
Nope, no refunds for anything and the only places I had transactions with were Co-op, Asda and Asda petrol station.0

That being the case, I suggest you give them a call as you are short of quite a bit of cashback (although if I understand you correctly that will be limited to 1p due to the £9 monthly limit).
But it could be that one retailer you are using is using an unfamiliar merchant code.
Let us know how you get on0 -

Will do! As I said, the 1p doesn't bother me but if it is a case of one of the merchants not being eligible for some reason it will be good to know for the future.
Thanks!0
